Mini Bio (1)
Joe Cummings was born to a military family in New Orleans, and never lived anywhere more than three consecutive years until he reached 30 years old. After playing in a succession of garage bands in high school and college, he started writing for newspapers and magazines in the San Francisco area. Dissatisfied with the music and media scene in the United States, he moved to Bangkok, where he connected with the local and international film production scene, working as an actor, script editor, location scout, and location manager for such films as The Elephant King (2006) and Croc (2007). More recently Joe began composing music for feature films and TV, including Sniper 3 (2004), Petchakat (2014), Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown (2013) and The Attic (2017).
