Ryan Phillippe’s Human Rights Doc to Hit Theaters This Summer

Actor and exec producer Ryan Phillippe’s doc “Isolated,” which focuses on an ongoing genocide in the Indonesian province of West Papua, is getting some big screen treatment.

Phillippe and Something Kreative, the production company launched by producer Geoffrey J. Clark, struck up an agreement with Participant Media’s Pivot cabler, the Orchard and Tugg to give the film a multiplatform release.

The Justin LePera-directed and Geoffrey J. Clark-produced film will be released throughout the summer to audiences where they can watch it in theaters, on TV or on VOD. The doc will air on Pivot and the Orchard will distribute the film on VOD platforms. Tugg is set to distribute it on-demand in theaters. iTunes has also picked up the film.

Ghost of Goodnight Lane is making its way to DVD and VOD June 10th from Inception Media Group. Lacey Chabert, Billy Zane, Matt Dallas and Richard Tyson star. In a newly renovated film studio, the cast and crew of a horror flick become victims of their own bloody story when a co-worker is found dead. The director and his beautiful actresses begin to piece together a 40-year-old puzzle, leading them to believe the house-turned-studio is haunted.

‘You’re not going to see Aria,’ Jean-Luc tells of Lucy’s Feb. 5 appearance. Plus, what’s next for the Ben-Riley-Danny triangle?

Forget everything you thought you knew about Lucy Hale – well, for one night, anyway. The Pretty Little Liars star is paying a visit to ABC Family’s hit comedy Baby Daddy tonight, and Jean-Luc Bilodeau tells to expect some truly outrageous moments.

“Her character is this sweet, wholesome pastor’s daughter, being babysat by Riley; and as soon as Riley leaves, she drops the whole facade,” Jean-Luc explains. “She lets her hair down, she takes her top off and she’s ready to party!”

And “party” she does! Jean-Luc tells us we can expect strip poker, pink underwear and general insanity during Lucy’s detour from Rosewood.

NBC may have cancelled Sean Saves the World but it is already working on another Glbt-inclusive program. The network is developing a comedy from out 2 Broke Girls writer Liz Feldman called One Big Happy. The series is about a lesbian and her straight male best friend who decide to have a baby together, only to have things complicated when he meets the love of his life. The project is co-produced by Ellen DeGeneres.

NBC has also ordered a comedy pilot that teams up Happy Endings creator David Caspe with his fiance Casey Wilson (who played Penny). Marry Me follows a couple who have been together for a long time but are surprised to see their relationship dynamic change after getting engaged.

TV Guide reports that the great Eileen Davidson will be returning to Days of Our Lives for a “powerful” story arc as the greatest soap villainess not named Sheila or Solita. »
