The Beauty and the Beast Season 1 finale may have only ended days ago, but it's never too early to talk Season 2, is it?
We know The CW drama will move to Mondays this fall, but what else can we expect from Cat, Vincent and company?
In the following exclusive interview, conducted with Jay Ryan on the red carpet of the network's Upfront last week in New York City, the star touches on what he'd love to see go down in the future, including the introduction of someone close to his character's heart:

With a great lead-in, Beauty and the Beast has the best chance of any new CW show this season of getting solid ratings. Will it survive or, like last year's Secret Circle, or will it be cancelled?
Following a young beautiful homicide detective and her handsome-yet-scarred protector, Beauty and the Beast typically airs Thursday nights on The CW network. The cast includes Kristin Kreuk, Jay Ryan, Nina Lisandrello, Brian White, Max Brown, Nicole Gale Anderson, and Austin Basis.

The CW has renewed two additional current shows and picked up a brand new spin-off.
Freshman drama "Beauty and the Beast," which stars Kristin Kreuk and Jay Ryan, will be back for a second season.

New Beauty And The Beast episode 21,season 1 official spoilers,plotline revealed by CW. Recently, CW released the new,official,synopsis/spoilers for their upcoming "Beauty And The Beast" episode 21 of season 1. The episode is titled, "Date Night,' and it sounds quite interesting as Catherine and Vincent try to go on a risky normal date right out in public,and more. In the new,21st episode press release, Catherine and Vincent will go on a date out in public in an attempt to be a normal couple, which backfires on them. In the meantime, Gabe is going to reveal some information that will give Catherine hope they can find a cure for Vincent. Recently,CW dropped the new,official,synopsis/spoilers for their upcoming "Beauty And The Beast" episode 20 of season 1. The episode is entitled, "Anniversary," and it sounds pretty serious as Vincent starts getting jealous over Catherine and her relationship with Gabe,and more. In the new,20th episode press release, Catherine will discover that her mother might still be alive. On the anniversary of her mother's death, Catherine is going to ask Gabe to attend her family's annual remembrance of Vanessa, which will make Vincent incredibly jealous. Recently, CW dished out the new,official,synopsis/spoilers for their upcoming "Beauty And The Beast" episode 18 of season 1. The episode is entitled, "Heart Of Darkness," and it sounds quite intriguing as Gabe gets tipped off that someone from the department is working with the vigilante aka Vincent,and more. In the new,18th episode press release, Evan will end up, confessing his love to Catherine ,and admits that he tipped off Muirfield to Vincent’s whereabouts. "Partners in Crime" was a very personal episode that explored the relationships between many of the prime characters, especially Cat and Tess, but also Evan and his feelings for Cat.
I'm left reeling from what happened during the hour and especially from discovering there won't be another new episode until April 18!
"Look, your boyfriend asked me not to ruin your life, and I won't. But only if you turn him in."
We've been volleying for weeks on whether Tess was a true friend to Cat, even after they had severed their partnership ties, and that line said it all. Cat called Tess black and white, but until her life was threatened she was all grey. The only black and white she saw was outside the bubble of her own life. Once you stepped inside her world? It was all grey.

If you were waiting for a week when things slowed down or maybe the series stumbled a bit, you were let down here - because "Trust No One" was another extremely strong episode in a stunning Beauty and the Beast Season 1.
Week by week, the characters, mythology, romance and mystery continue to grow.
We knew Alex was going to be trouble, but at least she wasn't doing it on purpose. Well, not maliciously anyway. She definitely couldn't keep her mouth shut and, since Vincent and J.T. grew up with her, and she did make it through medical school, they couldn't really know she was dumber than a box of rocks.
