Mini Bio (1)
Danicah grew up in a small beach town on the south shore of Long Island. After numerous nights of watching her mom perform in local productions, she decided to attend an audition for "Alice in Wonderland." At age 6 she made her theatrical debut-- as a flower and playing card, of course. She soon after landed her first main stage role as Marta in "The Sound of Music" and never looked back.
After years of performing on Long Island she thought she might venture into the big city. At age 12 she attended her first NYC audition and was selected to perform with Camp Broadway and Joey Lawrence in the 76th Annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. She continued to book film and theatrical projects through her teens, including the off-Broadway show "The People Garden," the title role in the award-winning indie feature "Nina," and a supporting role in the Sundance-selected film "Late Bloomer."
After graduating high school in the top 10% of her class, Danicah was admitted to the BFA Musical Theater program at Pace University. She continued to perform throughout her schooling and graduated with honors.
In September of 2012, Danicah began working with Dave Brenner at Creative Talent Company. She recently worked on "Friends and Romans" starring Michael Rispoli and Annabella Sciorra and will be making her Tribeca Film Festival debut in "Under The Table" in April of 2014.
