Was tragically killed on the set of Peter Berg's film The Kingdom (2007) when the Gator all-terrain vehicle he was driving lost power and collided with an SUV. He was taken to Scottsdale-Osborn Medical Center in Scottsdale, Arizona, but succumbed to severe head injuries within three hours of the accident. See more »
