‘Pretty Little Liars’ Sneak Peek: #Sparia Snoops for Answers (Watch)

16 August 2016 10:00 AM, PDT | Variety - TV News | See recent Variety - TV News news »

With only three episodes to go for the first half of “Pretty Little Liars” Season 7, the Liars need answers.

On Tuesday night’s episode, #Sparia — that’s Spencer (Troian Bellisario) and Aria (Lucy Hale) — snoop around together to track down the doctor who delivered Mary Drake’s (Andrea Parker) baby years ago.

In this new clip, exclusively released by Variety, the girls go to the hospital and find that doctor’s daughter — but she’s of no help when she reveals she has not spoken to her father in years.

Also on tonight’s episode, Emily (Shay Mitchell) goes up for a position as the swim coach at Rosewood High, but learns that her ex-girlfriend Paige (Lindsey Shaw) is also up for the job. Mrs. Grunwald (Meg Foster) visits Hanna (Ashley Benson) after she has a vision that the Liars are in danger, and Ali (Sasha Pieterse) decides to go back to work.

She’s back…

Pretty Little Liars” seventh season is bringing back many familiar faces to Rosewood, and this week’s episode, July 12, 8 p.m., will see the return of none other than Jenna (Tammin Sursok).

In this sneak peek clip, exclusively released by Variety, Jenna confronts the Liars and the meet-up is awkward, to say the least. Jenna tells the ladies that she’s in town for Toby’s (Keegan Allen) engagement and then she creepily warns that she may visit Ali (Sasha Pieterse) in the hospital.

Jenna was last seen in the fifth season of “Pretty Little Liars” in the episode “How ‘A’ Stole Christmas.” She was pretending to be friends with Ali only as a means of self-preservation, just after she had returned to Rosewood High School.

Aside from Jenna’s comeback, in Tuesday’s episode, titled “Hit and Run, Run, Run,” the liars desperately attempt to cover up their secret, and »

It would be unwise to accuse Freeform’s new mystery drama Guilt (premiering Monday at 9/8c) of playing innocent. Not only does it feature a central protagonist who may have killed her roommate, but there are also plenty of other scandalous elements.
