Richard Dunwoody has claimed that Strictly Come Dancing is one of the toughest challenges he's ever undertaken. The three-time Champion Jockey, who has won two Grand Nationals and completed a 48 day trek to the South Pole, described the BBC reality series as "mentally draining". "Physically you can go at it all day, but if you do that then you actually get worse, because mentally you don't keep up with it," he told Digital Spy. "So you do all the physical stuff, but at the end of the day, you can be even more drained mentally. "It's totally different from what I'm used to, where I could go for a run and just get tired physically. Dancing does take it out of your body to a certain (more)...

I think I speak on behalf of all the contestants, just to say that we all think she's done a fantastic job. "It hasn't been easy for her taking Arlene's place and I think it's really (more)...
