Pop culture comes to life in St. Louis next month! It’s the Wizard World Comic Con May 22nd through the 24th at America’s Center downtown (701 Convention Plaza – St. Louis, Mo 63101), and boy oh boy, do they have an amazing line-up of guests!
Sure, you got the comic artists and cosplayers, wrestlers, a St. Louis Ram, a Power Ranger, and of course the ubiquitous Walking Dead stars, but what We Are Movie Geeks is most excited about are the celebrities from movies that will be on hand: Horror legend George Romero, Sharknado legend Tara Reid, horror hostess with the mostest (if you know what I mean) Elvira, Guardians Of The Galaxy tough guy Dave Bautista, Henry the serial killer himself Michael Rooker, Do The Right Thing’s ‘Buggin Out’ Giancarlo Esposito. Lord of the Rings Trilogy’s Pippin Billy Boyd, Captain America squeeze Hayley Atwell, and Silent Bob’s buddy Jay aka Jason Mewes. »

Does Inhuman equal evil? Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. fans know that despite gaining the power to cause an earthquake, Skye (Chloe Bennet) is still the same hero we've known and loved since she joined the team back in season one. But some of her team members don't exactly feel the same way. In tonight's midseason premiere, several team members, motivated by their grief over losing beloved team member Trip (B.J. Britt), did not have any tolerance for anything alien or different, and when Skye saw how they reacted to Raina's (Ruth Negga) transformation, she decided to keep her newfound powers a secret. And helping her keep her new powers a secret is Fitz (Iain De Caestecker). "People »
“Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” returns for the action-packed second half of Season 2 on Tuesday, after a three-month hiatus. The new episode, fittingly titled “Aftershocks,” picks up where the cliffhanger left off, with Skye (Chloe Bennet) developing awesome superpowers and Agent “Trip” Triplet (B.J. Britt) dead. “We like it when you have feelings. If we can make you feel both sad and happy at the same time, then we’ve done our job,” executive producer Jeffrey Bell told TheWrap during a discussion about Tuesday’s episode, last year’s brutal midseason finale and where the superhero series is headed from here. »

The last time we saw “Marvel’s Agents of Shield,” the mysterious object known as the Diviner had transformed Skye (Chloe Bennet) and Raina (Ruth Negga) into something altogether Inhuman through the process of Terrigenesis, killing Agent Trip (B.J. Britt) in the process.
When the show returns from its midseason break on March 3 with an episode aptly titled “Aftershocks,” the team will be reeling from that major loss, while Skye attempts to come to terms with her newfound abilities — which seem to cause devastating earthquakes that she’s unable to control.
Variety was among a number of outlets invited to visit the “Agents of Shield” set and gather intel from the secretive stars of the ABC drama, which returns for a 12-week run of uninterrupted episodes from 9 p.m. tonight. Read on to find out what we learned from the stars and executive producers, and return to Variety after the »

Just as Captain America: The Winter Soldier forever altered the DNA of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. in season one, Marvel once again used a major blockbuster to change the core of the ABC show in its second season. But this time, it's the promise of a future movie, 2019's planned release of Inhumans, that is already affecting Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., as Skye (Chloe Bennet) went through a transition in the final moments of the fall finale, making her an Inhuman herself. Cue the fan freakout! Skye, real name Daisy Johnson aka Quake, will quickly realizes in tonight's midseason premiere that whatever killed Trip (B.J. Britt) underneath the alien city during the Terrigenesis (aka exposure to the Terrigen Mist) in »
Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is cleared to return this upcoming Tuesday with Marvel's Agent Carter wrapping up its inaugural year a couple nights ago. When Phil Coulson's (Clark Gregg) gang kicks off the back half of Season 2, two characters in particular will be in a much different place than they were when the season began.
Big spoilers for the Agents of Shield Season 2 midseason finale are ahead so stop reading if you're not caught up with Season 2.
In the previous episode, Tripplet (Bj Britt), Raina (Ruth Negga) and Skye (Chloe Bennet) were exposed to the Terrigen Mist in the hidden city and all three were encrusted inside a cocoon. We already knew Skye and Raina were "different" and had alien DNA in them, and thus they emerged from their respective cocoons reborn as Inhumans with supernatural abilities.
Poor Trip, sans alien DNA, simply crumbled into dust and died via the Mist. »
