Arian Moayed is an actor and writer, known for Rock the Kasbah (2015), Rosewater (2014) and The 65th Annual Tony Awards (2011).

An American actor of Iranian/Persian heritage.
Nominated for 2008 Drama Desk Award for Best Featured Actor.
Arian Moayed went to Glenbrook South High School (North Shore suburb of Chicago) where Sam Witwer, Emily Bergl and Jami Gertz also went.
As a theater actor, he has worked at some of the most prestigious theaters including Steppenwolf, Public, Signature, Mark Taper Forum, New York Theater Workshop, to name a few.
Nominated for 2011 Tony Award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Featured Role in a Play for "Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo", opposite Robin Williams.
He was nominated for a 2011 Antoinette Perry (Tony) Award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Featured Role in a Play for "Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo" on Broadway in New York City.
