Nurturing an impressive body of work that encompasses film and television, Alexander Ludwig is positioning himself as one of Hollywood's most promising talents.

Born on May 2, in Vancouver Canada, Alexander is the son of Sharlene Martin Ludwig who is his professional manager, and Harald Ludwig- a business executive. He has 3 siblings - Nicholas, Natalie and Sophia, as well as a golden retriever named Waverly.

A sophomore at the University of Southern California, Alexander studies film, theatre, and entrepreneurship. In addition to passionately pursuing acting and film-making, Alexander is a a gifted musician who is in discussions regarding a future recording contract. He is also a featured model in the 2011 Abercrombie campaign shot by veteran Bruce Weber.

In his free time Alexander can be found competing in extreme freestyle ski competitions at Whistler Mountain, as well as surfing the California coast. He is an accomplished athlete who participates in tennis, basketball, water skiing, and ice hockey and can regularly be found cliff jumping, bungy jumping and gorge diving.
