Former owner of the NHL's Los Angeles Kings. Struck the deal with then-Edmonton Oilers owner Peter Pocklington that sent Wayne Gretzky, Marty McSorley and Mike Krushelnyski to Los Angeles for Jimmy Carson, Martin Gelinas, $15 million cash, and the Kings' first-round draft picks in 1989, 1991 and 1993. The Oilers won the Stanley Cup in 1990. The Kings reached the Cup Finals in 1993. See more »
