Jesse Palmer was born on October 5, 1978 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada as Jesse James Palmer. He is an actor, known for 2012 New Era Pinstripe Bowl (2012), 2011 Bridgepoint Education Holiday Bowl (2011) and 2013 Capital One Bowl (2013).
