As we mentioned a few days ago, AMC's "The Walking Dead" may be on a long hiatus until its sophomore season debuts, but the network is still doling out the goods. Today we have a Q&A with voice actor Phil Lamarr, who helped bring The Walking Dead motion comic to life, along with an awesome fan-made video of every zombie death shown during the six-episode Season One.

First up is Lamarr, who discusses the difficulties in making zombie noises and the joys of inventing voices for characters he loves.

Q: How did you get involved with this project?

A: Through the regular audition process, although it certainly is a project I've had my eye on. I'm a big comic book fan.

Q: How did you decide what Rick and Shane would sound like since you recorded this before the series was made?

A: It's really interesting, because having read »

The short, six-episode first season of "The Walking Dead" may have come to a dramatic close last weekend, but that's not stopping AMC from doling out more goods to fans of the show, and up next we have a Q&A with Noah Emmerich (Dr. Edwin Jenner).

In this brief interview with Emmerich, "The Walking Dead" actor reveals what his character, Dr. Jenner, might have whispered into Rick's ear and why he's personally so at ease when it comes to talking about brain synapses.

Q: How comfortable were you with working in a lab and talking about brain synapses?

A: I'm actually pretty scientifically interested. I have a lot of friends who are doctors so the idea of the virus and the synapses in the brain and how the nervous system works was actually all pretty familiar to me. For me, in order for that stuff to have any sense of truth to it, »

Okay, you know that you are sinking to new lows when 28Dla posts an Italian dubbed teaser trailer for "The Walking Dead." But, the reviewers here on the site have heard worse dialogued movies than this 30 second clip and in our defence, this clip shows a lot of new footage!

This short reel shows Amy (Emma Bell) coming back to life and her sister (Laurie Holden) offing her via pistol (or alluding to). The Italian dialogue teaser also shows uninfected peoples at the Center for Disease Control and Rick Grimes, plus crew, penetrating the zombie hordes to enter this facility. So, as you can see, there is a honourable motivation behind posting this clip and that is to show viewers a little more of what to expect from Episode 4 of "The Walking Dead," entitled "Wildfire." "The Walking Dead" and Returning to Atlanta: A Television Review of Episode 4 ("Vatos")

22 November 2010 4:00 AM, PST | 28 Days Later Analysis | See recent 28 Days Later Analysis news »

Spoiler: Amy loses some fleshDirector: Johan Renck.

Writers: Frank Darabont, Robert Kirkman, Tony Moore, and Charlie Adlard.

Episode 4 of "The Walking Dead" entitled "Vatos" aired last night (November 21st) and the reel was significant for showing another surviving group in the midst of Atlanta. Also, the climax was effective in showing that the zombies can threaten and do attack characters. This is the fourth episode and only now has a member been bitten and turned onscreen! This seems strange, but the episode was well played, with Merle Dixon an ever looming villainous figure.

In case you did not see the show, Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln), T-Dog (IronE Singleton), Glenn (Steven Yeun) and Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) return to Atlanta for two primary reasons. They are there to retrieve a bag of firearms from downtown and to find, then release Merle Dixon from the confines of his handcuffs. However, Merle is long gone, »

'The Walking Dead' Review: Episode 4, 'Vatos'

Episode Title: "Vatos"

Written By: Robert Kirkman

Story: Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) is back in Atlanta alongside Glenn (Steven Yeun), T-Dog (IronE Singleton) and Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus), but Daryl's brother Merle (Michael Rooker) is nowhere in sight — other than his severed hand, that is. The group continues their search for Merle and the guns, but the plan takes an unexpected curve thanks to the arrival of some gun-toting "vatos."

Back at camp, Jim (Andrew Rothenberg) begins digging holes in the ground, confusing and scaring the other survivors. But following the episode's grisly conclusion, the survivors might want to thank Jim for getting some dirty work done in advance.

I Remember My Dream Now: Well... that was a bloodbath of a different color, now wasn't it?

After several episodes of watching Rick Grimes and the folks he's encountered taking on the deadly dead and somehow escaping with their lives intact each and every time, »

The Walking Dead Episode 104 'Vatos' Preview

21 November 2010 1:19 PM, PST | TheHDRoom | See recent TheHDRoom news »

Rick Grimes and a trio of his fellow human survivors venture back into zombie-infested Atlanta in 'Vatos,' the fourth of six The Walking Dead episodes that comprise the first season of AMC's runaway hit show.

The term 'vatos' most likely refers to the all-male contingent of Glenn (Steven Yeun), Rick (Andrew Lincoln), T-Dog (IronE Singleton) and Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) risking their lives to save a man left behind and collect weapons and ammunition left abandoned in a bag when Rick sought shelter inside an Army tank from a zombie attack. For Rick the trip back into Atlanta after reuniting with his family mere days earlier is one of pure selflessness and the survival of their group as a whole.

In this preview clip from 'Vatos,' Shane and other survivors try to talk some sense into Jim back at camp. A couple images from the episode are also included. »

AMC's Episode 3 of "The Walking Dead" had some notable developments and the series seems to be focusing on several key characters. Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) is again forefront, but characters like Shane (Jon Bernthal), Lori (Sarah Wayne Callies) and a new character Daryl (Norman Reedus) are given some well deserved attention.
