Connie Britton (and Her Amazing Hair) Is Back on TV in a New Ryan Murphy Show

Connie Britton (and Her Amazing Hair) Is Back on TV in a New Ryan Murphy Show
Connie Britton is back!

Less than a year after her Nashville departure, the 50-year-old actress has a brand new gig, courtesy of Ryan Murphy, with whom she worked on The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story and the first season of American Horror Story.

Britton stars as a 911 dispatcher in Fox’s new show, 9-1-1, and we can’t think of anyone else we’d rather have on the case (other than Angela Bassett and Peter Krause, who also star in the drama, of course).

“There are two types of emergency. The first kind is the one we all have everyday,” Britton says in 9-1-1’s promo. “Then there’s the second kind of emergency, the kind that comes without warning.”

The story centers on first responders — police, firefighters, EMTs and 911 dispatchers — who have to keep their cool in high-stress situations, and there’s a strong dash of gallows humor here: Peter Krause stars as a firefighter who’s called in to help free a woman from a huge

Godzilla 2 Wraps Production, New Monsters Teased
That's a wrap! Production on the Godzilla sequel is officially complete, as confirmed by director Mike Dougherty, who took to Twitter in order to declare the movie is one giant step closer to finally arriving in theaters. Godzilla 2 is poised to bring some of the classic Toho monsters into the fold and, in order to commemorate principal photography finishing up on the Godzilla sequel, Dougherty has teased the arrival of Mothra and King Ghidorah to Legendary Pictures' MonsterVerse.

Mike Dougherty posted a couple of photos to Twitter from his last day working on Godzilla 2, which was at one point going under the title of Godzilla: King of Monsters. One of the photos showed his workspace, which had some nice little Easter eggs, such as a Monarch coffee mug. Monarch is the corporation that is tying the MonsterVerse together, having appeared in both Godzilla and Kong: Skull Island. But the second

Catch A Sneak Peek Of Gojira In Bts Photo From Godzilla: King Of The Monsters

Though King Kong threatened to steal the title for himself earlier this year through the release of Skull Island, come 2019, Godzilla will resurface from the murky depths to prove that he is, in fact, King of the Monsters.

Yes, Michael Dougherty’s long-brewing monster sequel is beginning to coalesce and to prove it, the writer-director has Tweeted out a behind-the-scenes photo from Atlanta. Joined by the likes of Avengers 4, Ant-Man and the Wasp, and Sony’s Venom spinoff, Godzilla: King of the Monsters is one of many Hollywood blockbusters to set up shop in the Georgia capital, and we’ve already caught a glimpse of the spectacle Dougherty and Co. are rustling up.

This teaser, on the other hand, arrives by way of an official source, but that doesn’t make it any less intriguing. In fact, it offers up our first sneak peek at the titular deity, whose snarling,

Is Godzilla Wearing Armor in This Latest Look at Godzilla 2?
Last month, Godzilla 2 director Mike Dougherty sent out a cryptic set photo hinting at a connection between this film and the original Godzilla that Toho created back in 1954. The director has finally re-emerged on social media to share another behind-the-scenes glimpse, which gives us a new look at the title monster, whose face is seen projected onto a large screen, above the cockpit of a plane. While the director wouldn't clarify any details about this particular shot, he did reveal that today is the 69th day of the production. And it very much looks like Godzilla is wearing some kind of protective armor in this shot, even though it is an early rendition used to give actors a point of reference.

Will we see Godzilla suiting up in a massive suit of armor to take on the three new monsters at the heart of this thriller? And if so, then
