A man named Spencer Morrill believed he had been talking to Katy Perry for six years and had even purchased an engagement ring. Unfortunately, as one might expect, he was being trolled, and the "Rise" singer was not on the other end of the screen. We can't even imagine what a bummer this was for the poor guy. Perry went on The Morning Mash Xm radio show and expressed her thoughts on the unfortunate matter. When someone sent her the link to the story, Katy said she didn't actually read it "because I just think it's »

21 June 2016 11:42 AM, PDT | E! Online | See recent E! Online news »

"We are breaking up. Catfish is no longer." Those eight little words tweeted by Catfish host Nev Schulman on Tuesday morning took a TV show dedicated to investigated possible internet hoaxes and placed it at the center of its very own. Had MTV actually canceled the show, effectively removing the bromance between Nev and co-host Max Joseph out of our lives? We had to find out... Following the shocking tweet, Nev's Twitter account remained silent. A quick scan of Max's offered no further mention of the show ending, which seemed suspicious. Why would one of them tweet and not the other? Alarm bells started going off. Were we being catfished by someone pretending to be the host of Catfish? The meta »
