Born in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina, Jeremy Juuso grew up in
Maryland as the eldest son of Finnish immigrants. His father was a star
on Finnish television from the age of eleven to nineteen on "Me
Tammelat" and went on to a world-renown career in psychopharmacology.
His mother is also a scientist; she works as a pathologist specializing
in lung cancer research.
Jeremy has an honors degree in Economics from Harvard and spent a year
in England on a Harvard teaching fellowship before moving to Los
Angeles. The bulk of his acting training has occurred at Playhouse West
Repertory Theater. He continues to act on stage and in film.
Part of the permanent film collection of the Museum of Modern Art's
(NY) Department of Film and Media for his role as a doctor in a
Monster.com spec commercial.
