London, April 23: After an unauthorised autobiography revealed Simon Cowell has obsession for other men's exes, a former glamour model has now stepped forward to reveal that she had a six-month affair with the music mogul, and once ended up having sex with him 11 times in one night.
Alicia Douvall, famed for her penchant for plastic surgery, became the first woman to turn the tables on Cowell, by doing a kiss and tell on his private life.

Alicia Douvall has said that since giving up plastic surgery, she is able to focus on being a mother. The former glamour model welcomed her second child, Papaya, last month. Speaking to Closer magazine, the 32-year-old said that she will no longer consider going under the knife. "Can you believe I can still breastfeed after 16 boob jobs?" she joked to Closer magazine. "It's a miracle! I can already tell that she's feisty and high maintenance, but I love her to bits." Douvall, who has claimed that former Crystal Palace football club chairman Simon Jordan is Papaya's father, said that she has given up on plastic surgery.
