Jamie is a multifaceted film, television and theater actor. He was born in Newport, South Wales in the United Kingdom. At the age of eighteen he was awarded a coveted Dance and Drama Award Scholarship to attend one of the UK's most prestigious drama schools in London.
His career has seen him work with some of the world's leading theatrical establishments including the Royal Shakespeare Company and the Royal National Theatre whose alumni includes legendary actors such as Sir Ian McKellen, Dame Judi Dench and Academy Award winners Anthony Hopkins and Dame Helen Mirren. Jamie was awarded a role in London's West End in the multi Olivier and Tony Award winning Royal National Theatre play 'War Horse'; the play which launched the career of Kit Harington of Game of Thrones. Jamie went on to tour both nationally and internationally in other leading roles across the UK's premiere theater's including productions for The Works Entertainment, the sister company of Cirque Du Soleil.
Jamie's talents extend beyond his theater work. He is as compelling on screen as he is on stage working extensively across drama and comedy. Jamie got his screen break when he caught the eye of Marvel's 'Venom' and 'Uncharted' director Ruben Fleischer who cast Jamie as the lead actor in a worldwide commercial campaign for Samsung for the Academy Award winning production company Caviar TV.
Jamie's talent also expands to the world of motion capture and voice artistry notably working alongside renowned movement director Sarah Perry whose credits include 'Gravity' starring Sandra Bullock and George Clooney, Marvel's 'Guardian's of the Galaxy' and 'Jupiter Ascending'.
Jamie continues to develop his craft as a student of the Howard Fine acting studio. Howard Fine is known for coaching seasoned actors such as Oscar nominees Brad Pitt, Bradley Cooper and Salma Hayek and most recently Austin Butler for his Oscar nominated performance in Elvis.
Jamie now resides in Los Angeles with a flourishing career in the States.
