Dave grew up in Mt. Lebanon, a suburb southwest of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He graduated in 1992 from Mt. Lebanon High School. Dave was in the marching band at Mt. Lebanon, and he was the starting goaltender for half of his senior year on the hockey team. Dave went to Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, where he played club hockey. See full bio »
