Real Madrid have ramped up their pursuit of Tottenham winger Gareth Bale by reserving their No.11 shirt for him, according to the Mirror.
The Pfa Player of the Year and Young Player of the Year is set to earn a fortune after trademarking his unique goal celebration known as the ‘Eleven Of Hearts’ and the Spanish giants, who are already describing Bale as ‘The Eleventh Galactico’, will allow him to continue his money-spinning ploy at the Bernabeu next season.
The flying Welshman is set to net over £10 million-per-year in endorsements from the celebration alone and has been linked with a huge £85 million move to the Spanish capital this summer.
Real’s No.11 shirt is currently vacant, as it was last worn by defender Ricardo Carvalho, who recently completed a transfer to Monaco.
Reserving the shirt number for the 23-year old is viewed as just the latest tactic in a series...

Queens Park Rangers have agreed a deal with Real Madrid which could see defender Ricardo Carvalho join on loan for the season, according to the BBC.
The 34 year old, who spent six seasons with Chelsea between 2004-10, has yet to agree personal terms, but it is believed this part of the deal will be completed within the next 48 hours.
The move to capture the players services by manager Mark Hughes comes after an embarrassing 5-0 home defeat to Swansea, and the Welshman has already agreed a £7.5million fee for Michael Dawson from Tottenham Hotspur in a bid to shore up his leaky defence.
Although both defenders are yet to complete their moves, this will come as welcome news to worried Qpr fans who must have feared what was to come this season after their hammering on the first day of the new season.

Newcastle United are ready to make a surprise move for veteran Real Madrid defender Ricardo Carvalho, according to The Daily Mail.
The 34-year-old Portugese defender made just eight appearances at the Bernebeu last term and was not included in Madrid’s recent pre-season tour. New Tottenham Hotspur manager Andre Villas-Boas has been pursuing a possible move to bring the former Chelsea defender to White Hart Lane as a replacement for the retired Ledley King but the move has stalled in recent weeks. Reports are that Real did want to use Carvalho as part of a makeway deal for Spurs midfielder Luka Modric but the North London club instead were adamant on a straight money deal for their prized asset, perhaps as high as £40 million.
Despite being left out of Madrid’s recent first team plans, the defender has claimed that he isn’t ready to retire just yet, though he...
