Carlos Manuel Cadena was born in Santiago, Chile and grew up in Guadalajara, Mexico. After moving to the United States, Carlos found his passion for acting in at the age of 15 and began his acting and singing training via workshops and school training. He also became involved in numerous theatre productions surrounding the Houston, Texas area. Such productions would include Stage Right's production of "Hello, Dolly!" as Cornelius Hackl and "West Side Story" as Toro at the Owen Theatre. At the age of 21, he moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth area to both graduate from UTA with both a BBA in Marketing and a BFA in Acting and become more involved in film projects. Such projects he was a part of in both television and film include "Jesus in the Passover" as Philip, "Lone Star Justice" as Saul Arroyo, "Two Souls" as Jason, and "Smalltown Outsiders" as Kevin Peterson to name a few. Aside from acting, Carlos has trained in martial arts for over 14 years and has reached the rank of sensei in two separate systems both in the United States and in Mexico. Carlos is eager to continue performing as an actor for the stage, television, and film.
