Prior to auditioning for American Idol 2, 24 year old Kimberley was an administrative assistant at a company that licenses music for jukeboxes in Nashville, Tennessee. She had also just enrolled in law school.
The oldest finalist from either of the first two seasons of American Idol, Kimberley was often described by her fellow contestants as the mature, level-headed one of the house, who was like a big sister to everyone.
