Avengers 5 could pivot from Kang, and a Siege storyline proposed by an MCU theory would be the perfect replacement. The movie could tie up loose ends from multiple MCU projects. Rumors suggest Avengers 5's title has changed, though Marvel Studios has made no official comment about the possibility.
Avengers: The Kang Dynasty could possibly not end up being the title of the next Avengers movie, and if the Marvel Cinematic Universe chooses to move on from Kang the Conqueror, there is a perfect story for Avengers 5. The latest movie for Earth's Mightiest Heroes was 2019's Avengers: Endgame. The film served as the finale of the Infinity Saga — with Spider-Man: Far From Home acting as its epilogue — which is a similar role to what one of the McU's upcoming movies for its premiere superhero team will be.

Captain America's true power lies in his unwavering belief that "every life is worth saving", a faith that cannot be shaken even amid the Avengers' bleakest future. In Avengers: Twilight #4, Steve Rogers' positivity is put to the test as he faces off against James Stark and rescues Iron Man. Despite facing a bleak future controlled by Red Skull and James Stark, Captain America's belief in redemption remains strong enough to potentially change the course of history, if he and the recently revived Tony Stark can appeal to James' sense of reason and goodness.

In Avengers: Twilight #3, Tony Stark's son, James, debuts his own powerful Iron Man armor, which proves to be capable of withstanding attacks from Thor and the Avengers. James' armor surpasses his father's original suit in strength and design, signaling a new era for Iron Man – but that isn't good news for the Avengers, as James is one of the miniseries' antagonists. James' armor is a testament to his intelligence and determination, as he twists his father's legacy to his own misguided authoritarian ends, setting up a tragic dynamic for the final stretch of Avengers: Twilight.
Warning: Contains spoilers for Avengers: Twilight #3!!Since Iron Man’s introduction, there have been countless variations of his classic suit of armor, and now Tony Stark's son has added his own design to the mix. James isn't following in his father's heroic footsteps just yet, so his choice to take on the mantle is bad news for the Avengers.

X-Men ’97 will have surprise cameos just like its predecessor, X-Men: The Animated Series, as confirmed by the series’ executive producer. While the original show revolved around mutants, it also saw several Avengers paying them a visit.
X-Men: The Animated Series
The animated show featured appearances from Marvel heroes the likes of Captain America, Thor, Black Panther, and even Doctor Strange. Indeed, the reboot will follow just the same. In fact, an insider revealed that the Sorcerer Supreme will briefly join the project as well.
Doctor Strange Will Reportedly Make His Way Into X-Men ‘97
A scooper from Twitter, Marvel News and Updates, shared that “Doctor Strange will make a cameo appearance in X-Men 97 Season 1 or 2.” This is nothing new for fans who have watched the original animated show. A fan responded to the post:

Anthony Mackie is all set to get his solo Captain America project in Captain America: Brave New World, slated to release in 2025. Sam Wilson has to fill in great shoes and carry the prestigious mantle after Steve Rogers passed his Vibranium shield and his title to him in Avengers: Endgame. However, the Disney+ show, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, explored Wilson’s journey from being Falcon to Captain America.

The Falcon and the Winter Soldier was the second Disney+ MCU series following WandaVision. Unfortunately, the show could not mimic the success of the Elizabeth Olsen series and generated a very mixed response on the internet. It looks like the debate regarding the show has resurfaced once again before the release of Captain America 4.

Iman Vellani’s performance as Kamala Khan, aka Ms Marvel has captivated fans everywhere, and went above and beyond by playing Marvel’s Avengers which could be the most painful and harrowing gaming experience a Marvel fan can endure. The game was a massive disappointment and not just in the eyes of fans but as a game in general, but it did give Vellani something to work with for her live-action portrayal.

Tim Miller's 2016 film "Deadpool" was a shot in the arm for the then-overwhelmingly popular superhero genre. Most of the dominant super-movies in the Marvel Cinematic Universe were deathly earnest, presenting a vast interconnected mythology of characters that required strenuous note-taking and endless online chatter merely to keep clear. Every plot point was important, and the MCU rarely did anything truly daring, like kill off a beloved character, or question the moral absolutes of a comic book universe (it never became more complex than "hero vs. villain" stories). "Deadpool," meanwhile, was not in the MCU, broke the fourth wall, addressed its own cliched plotting, and overwhelmed audiences with a barrage of improvised dirty jokes that stood far apart from the safe, PG-13 realm the genre typically inhabited. (You weren't about to see Captain America involved in a pegging scene.)
"Deadpool" was amazingly successful, making over $780 million worldwide on a budget of only $58 million,...

Fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe are familiar with the running debate about who is the strongest Avenger. That’s one of those questions that we could debate for weeks with plenty of viable answers.
But we’re posing a different question today: Who is the richest member of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes based on their estimated net worth?
Since assembling for the first time in 2012′s The Avengers, the lineup of the team has constantly changed between movies, and it continues to moving into 2024.
Of course, fans know and love the core group – Chris Evans (Captain America), Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man), Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Mark Ruffalo (Hulk) and Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye). However, so many other favorites have been added on along the way as the original group began to hang up their costumes, seemingly for good.
The cast is made up of some of Hollywood’s biggest stars.

Some of the fights in the Marvel Cinematic Universe are ridiculously uneven, showcasing super-powered individuals against less remarkable opponents. Even when battles seem lopsided, underhanded methods or sheer luck can lead to unexpected victories for the less powerful side. From Ant-Man narrowly defeating the powerful Kang to Captain America effortlessly defeating Crossbones, these uneven fights shape the McU's narrative.
The Marvel Cinematic Universe has featured many memorable battles, but some of the franchise's fights have been ridiculously uneven. Since the beginning of the MCU’s movie timeline, the franchise has been built on epic struggles of good against evil. Adapted as the franchise is from the pages of Marvel Comics, its heroes and villains boast a range of extraordinary abilities, with conflict arising when such power is misapplied or outright abused. No MCU movie would be complete without at least some form of action, with heroes and villains doing battle to settle their differences.

Avengers have a power imbalance that makes no sense, with some members holding more sway despite less power. Some heroes in the team are essentially useless alongside more powerful members like Thor and Hulk. Black Widow's sacrifice was more selfless than Iron Man's, yet her heroism goes largely overlooked in the MCU.
Even though The Avengers are the foremost heroes in the MCU, the franchise's fans often overlook key issues with the team. The movies of the MCU have proven to be some of the most successful in cinematic history, with record-breaking box office figures and a huge fan following to back it up. The backbone of this success is the franchise’s shared universe format, with multiple heroes introduced in their own solo movies, then banding together as a team to battle dangerous enemies in the Avengers movies. The end of 2022 was absolutely heartbreaking for fans of Henry Cavill as they had to unfortunately say goodbye to his Superman as James Gunn took over the Dcu. The wounds ran too deep as he had just made his comeback in Black Adam and fans were quite excited to have him back. However, Henry Cavill’s DC days were soon brought to an end. This now brings us to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Now that Henry Cavill is no longer a part of the Dcu, it opens many doors for the actor to step into the rival superhero universe, the MCU. In fact, the actor even has a favorite Marvel character that he would like to bring to life if given the chance. But if the ongoing rumors are true, Henry Cavill just might have to bid farewell to yet another wish of his.

The McU's attention to detail helps expand the franchise with little clues at a lived-in universe, from minor characters like She-Hulk's Z-list heroes and a Shield agent's off-screen promotion to Bruce Banner's addition to the world's greatest minds at Peter Parker's high school and Werewolf by Night's reveal of multiple mythical creatures. Damage Control and AvengerCon show how much the Avengers have shaped the Earth, while the Grandmaster’s champion statues and Counter-Earth’s undecipherable language show how large the cosmos really is. Bast and Kukulkan’s presence in Omnipotence City, as well as Captain America’s high school PSAs, reveal a more casual side of MCU legends.

The Sandman creator Neil Gaiman recently revealed that he was approached in the early 2000s to create a Thor animated series that would serve as a prequel to the 2011 movie.
Responding to a fan on Tumblr, the acclaimed writer shared, "Long ago – around 2006 – I was asked to create a Thor animated cartoon, and I got all excited, and the brief was it had to be set before the Thor movie." Many MCU projects had alternate endings planned that would have had a huge impact on the future of the franchise. Some smaller alternate endings would have seen Black Widow have a more emotional farewell, Captain Marvel appear in Avengers: Age of Ultron and Thor become King of Asgard in Phase 2. More transformative alternate endings saw Doctor Strange become a villain, the Avengers reunite in Captain America: Civil War and Tony Stark survive the events of Avengers: Endgame.

Anti-Marvel stance has been prominent in the industry in recent years, especially from the likes of Quentin Tarantino and Martin Scorsese. While Scorsese didn’t consider Marvel as proper cinema, Tarantino shared that, in Marvel movies, only the franchise characters were stars and not the actors. Marvel Studios has been setting up several superhero teams that could replace the Avengers in the McU's future. The Avengers began as a New York-based group, but have since expanded their jurisdiction across the entire world, and even into space. The Defenders and the Young Avengers could protect New York City while the Avengers head off to fight multiversal threats.
Two upcoming superhero teams in the MCU could replace the Avengers by embarking on adventures closer to home. The Avengers first formed in 2012's eponymous The Avengers to protect New York City from the Asgardian God of Mischief, Loki, and his Chitauri army. Tom Holland’s Spider-Man has found himself sharing the screen with a host of leading men throughout his trilogy. In Spider-Man: Homecoming, Robert Downey Jr. made an extended cameo as Iron Man. Rob Liefeld's art was defining for '80s and '90s comics, with big, bold illustrations that were both loved and critiqued. Outrageous depictions of characters, especially female anatomy, drew both ire and admiration for their unforgettable nature. Liefeld pushed boundaries with his unique style, featuring large, exaggerated characters and unconventional panel layouts.
One of the most popular figures in comics, Rob Liefeld has been equally cheered and jeered for his unique art and illustrations for Marvel. Whether it be Liefeld's original take on backgrounds or panel layout to his extreme drawings of characters, his art always remained a singular comics reading experience. In a lot of ways, Liefeld's drawing solidified the characteristics that made up a distinct era of comics art that was present from the late '80s and throughout the '90s.
Comics art in that era was big and bold, with Liefeld's drawings arguably leading the charge.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe has thrilled and delighted comic book fans for many years and built up an incredible amount of hype. Particularly in the Infinity Saga, spanning Phases 1-3, the MCU delivered nonstop excitement and legendary movie moments, most of all with its core team of heroes. Few of the characters in its roster have benefited from the exposure, like Steve Rogers' Captain America, who has gone from a cheesy star-spangled comic hero to a true cinema icon thanks in part to a brilliant long-term performance from actor Chris Evans.
Captain America's story arc started fairly well with 2011's Captain America: The First Avenger and he has only gotten better from there. Captain America wasn't a costumed geek with a shield for long — he rose to prominence as the McU's most inspiring and hyped hero of all, and his dialogue, action scenes, and stellar acting have all made him highly compelling.

Erskine's Super Soldier Serum created 23 prominent MCU characters, leading to many copycat attempts. Though Bruce Banner came close with gamma radiation, nobody has perfectly replicated Steve Rogers' transformation. The Winter Soldier Program, created by Hydra, produced multiple assassins enhanced with their own version of the Super Soldier Serum.
Steve Rogers is the most famous super soldier in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but there are many other characters who were injected with the infamous Super Soldier Serum. Developed by Abraham Erskine, the serum completely changed history and became a target for several individuals and governments. Several known superheros and villains across the movies of the MCU owe their power to Erskine's serum, though his imitators never quite got the formula quite as right.

The MCU has now become arguably the most successful franchise in Hollywood history. While it had humble beginnings, they slowly became huge box office earners with many different individual movies and epic crossovers. However, after a dream run with the Infinity Saga, the franchise has been struggling for the past 2-3 years.

Designing a superhero costume is the difference between creating a man or a myth. Superman, Batman, Spider-Man, Captain America and more have such incredibly distinct designs that have remained relatively untouched for decades. All of that comes down to the amazing design sense and artistry of comic book artists like Ditko and Kirby. It takes a deliberate blend of uniqueness and talent to make a superhero costume pop. Super villains need that sort of attention even more, as any good story that involves some kind of superhero needs an excellent villain who can strike terror into the hearts and minds of those around them.

Disney is finally focused on making good on their promise of focusing on quality over quantity. The House of Mouse has allegedly ‘quietly canceled’ a host of Star Wars and Marvel projects that were announced in the previous years. The company will now be focusing on its bigger franchises. This means that the focus for the coming few years will be on building the various established lucrative characters that it has available when it comes to Marvel.
The original six superheroes from The Avengers (2012)
Avengers 5, previously titled Avengers: Kang Dynasty, is one project that might be better off canceled. Given that the villain being set up over multiple phases might no longer be part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it must make sense to remove the film entirely, and instead, uniting the Avengers with Avengers: Secret Wars.

McU's Phase 6 Avengers team might be led by Sam Wilson, whose tactical skills, strategic mind and good instincts would make him a strong leader. Sam Wilson effectively recruited Ant-Man back in Captain America: Civil War, showcasing his ingenuity and team-centric mindset. The leader of the Avengers doesn't require super strength like Steve Rogers' Captain America, as Sam Wilson's other qualities make him the perfect leader.
Marvel Studios' new Avengers team isn't expected to form until Phase 6, but one MCU character may have already proven they have what it takes to lead the upcoming superhero team. Chris Evans has previously revealed that he would be open to returning to the MCU as Johnny Storm, a.k.a. the Human Torch. Johnny Storm never got his day in Fox's Fantastic Four franchise, but Marvel Studios could do this version of the character justice. Chris Evans could return as Johnny Storm in 2024's Deadpool & Wolverine, or perhaps more likely in 2027's Avengers: Secret Wars.
While reprising the role of Captain America might not be on the cards for Chris Evans, the MCU veteran has previously suggested he'd return as Johnny Storm's Human Torch, if only for one important reason. Chris Evans took his first spin as a live-action Marvel superhero in 20th Century Fox's Fantastic Four back in 2005, which saw the future star-spangled man-with-a-plan portray the arrogant Johnny Storm. Bucky Barnes also confirmed in a previous comic issue that the July 4th date was an inaccurate birthdate for Steve. Steve Rogers' zodiac sign is Libra, reflecting traits such as caring, justice-seeking, and loyalty, making it a fitting match for the hero.

Superpowers usually have a lot of implications that we don’t see on screen. While properties like My Hero Academia dive deep into these implications, superhero universes like the MCU tend to shy away from them. For example, Captain America has a metabolism that is four times faster than the average human being, as revealed in Captain America: The First Avenger. While it keeps Captain America from getting drunk, it also has certain other implications for his body.

Chris Evans’ Captain America, who has been an important part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, having been part of some of its biggest conflicts, might have been fighting his own body all along as well. And, out of all those films, he’s chosen one clear favorite: On several occasions, he’s named Captain America: The Winter Soldier as the one he likes best. And one of the primary reasons he cites for that is the directing team of the Russo Brothers — Anthony and Joe Russo — who made their MCU debut with that film. Marvel movies predate the MCU by decades, and Hulk starred in some TV movies in the 1970s. Lou Ferrigno's portrayal of the Hulk is iconic, with his impact on the character recognized in cameos such as in the 2008 MCU film "The Incredible Hulk." Thor and Hulk's rivalry is a longstanding tradition in Marvel Comics, echoing their competition for strength and dominance on the big screen over the years.
It can be easy to forget that Marvel movies were around decades before the MCU, and one from 36 years ago was mirrored in the first fight between heroes in The Avengers. Tony Stark may be the new red Iron Man, not his son James, in Avengers: Twilight. Captain America re-assembles the Avengers to rescue Tony Stark's severed head, kept alive artificially. The potential for Tony Stark to be trapped in the new red Iron Man suit mirrors his Marvel Comics debut.
Warning: Contains Spoilers for Avengers: Twilight #3!Since the start of the ongoing limited series, Avengers: Twilight, Marvel Comics has teased an all-new Iron Man with armor that’s completely red, with many assuming that the person inside that armor is the son of Tony Stark, James Stark. However, with this series’ latest release, that theory has seemingly been debunked, though it has paved the way for a new, much more interesting theory to take its place. If this new theory is correct, then that would mean Marvel’s new red Iron Man isn’t Tony Stark’s son - it’s Tony Stark.

Sharon Carter's character in the MCU has been underutilized, with her arc left currently unresolved. The potential second season of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier could finally address Sharon's storyline and explore her new role. The MCU needs to be cautious about dropped plot threads, and it's crucial to give Sharon Carter a proper resolution to avoid wasted potential.

The actor brought Steve Rogers to life on the big screen starting in 2011 with Captain America: The First Avenger. He seemingly bowed out almost a decade later with Avengers: Endgame.
It’s been years since he last picked up the shield, but he’ll always be our Cap. However, there were so many other actors who also wanted a chance to suit up and save the day. They all put up a good fight for it, too!
While he is now synonymous with the part, Chris initially turned it down. Who might have picked up the shield if he never agreed to lead the Avengers? We did some digging and rounded up 10 other actors who auditioned for the opportunity.

"Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness" can be best described as Sam Raimi at war with the corporate sensibilities of the MCU. Their inclusion is less of an organic storytelling choice and more of an advertisement for future MCU properties.

Deadpool can be both a villain and a hero, showcasing his 'chaotic neutral' nature in the Marvel Universe. Wade Wilson has shown extreme acts of altruism, like raising Baby Cable or being a mentor to kid Apocalypse, despite his villainous past. Deadpool's chaotic nature is evident in his actions, from causing a zombie apocalypse to saving the world from it.
Deadpool is one of the most hilarious, violent, caring, heartless, and overall just confusing characters in the Marvel Universe. Depending on who is writing him or what story he appears in, Deadpool can range from a cruel killer who’s fine with putting even children in danger if it means completing his mission, to quite literally feeding a friend pieces of himself to save their life.
Wade Wilson has perpetually shifted from one extreme to another throughout his Marvel Comics existence, which could be interpreted as the Merc with a...
