Father and brother worked as City of London Police Officers. Aunt is a high ranking official in the NYPD. Lived with an Aunt in New York City who is in the NYPD.

Decided against a career in Special Effects after doing a shampoo commercial in the UK which left a model's lengthy hair to be caught up in a vacuum cleaner suspended from the ceiling in order to create 'an uplifting blow effect'.

Wrote the acclaimed screenplay spec 'Die Hardest' was requested by C/W to pen a basis for a third installment of the Mission Impossible franchise in 2001.

He is producing his first feature entitled 'Daisy Scarlett: Semper Occultus', dubbed by the UK press as a 'female James Bond'. He wrote it for actress Kate Beckinsale.

Worked on earlier incarnations of "Die Hard 4" and "Mission : Impossible 3". In his script for "Die Hardest", John McClane and daughter Lucy battled terrorists together; in "MI:3:, Ethan Hunt and his team - including returning star, Emilio Estevez - go up against organ harvesters . Both scripts were ultimately not used.

Ben is related to the late Prince Peter Dragadze, a respected journalist and award winning screenwriter, who wrote and directed documentary The Knights of Malta.
