His wife, Mary Bond, writing as Mrs. James Bond, wrote a book in 1966 entitled "How 007 Got His Name". The dust-jacket was designed in the style of the Ian Fleming hard-back James Bond novel covers. In 1980, as Mary Wickham Bond, she wrote "To James Bond With Love". She also wrote the ornithology tome "Far Afield In The Caribbean: Migratory Flights of a Naturalist's Wife" in 1971. See more »
