Of course, given this is Deadbeat, the date is referenced as "4/20." Watch a teaser, below. Fans still fondly recall Labine's turn as Burt Wysocki or "Sock" on Reaper, which was cancelled by The CW after two seasons and a total of 31 episodes.

Wilfred, Season 4: Episodes 1 & 2 – “Amends” & “Consequences”
Written by Reed Agnew & Eli Jorne (“Amends”) and David Baldy (“Consequences”)
Directed by Randall Einhorn
Airs Wednesday nights at 10 on Fxx
In the first two episodes of its final season, Wilfred embraces its mythology head-on. It’s hard to say whether or not this will go down well with viewers, because I don’t even know who is watching Wilfred anymore and why. So, to say that there are fans who enjoy these kinds of mythological turns in the story and that there are fans who enjoy the straight-up comedic episodes and that these two groups of people are in opposition is only conjecture. My guess is that anyone who is still watching Wilfred (one of television’s absolute best half-hour experiences–incredibly dark, psychologically disturbing but ultimately aimed at some of the core ideas of what it is to be a human being...

Wilfred: 2×12 – Secrets
Stars: Elijah Wood, Jason Gann, Dorian Brown | Written by David Baldy | Directed by Randall Einhorn
**Spoilers Lie Beyond Here**
Secrets are the worst burden anyone can bear. And if anyone should have that particular burden, it’s Ryan Newman. I mean, he carries the biggest secret of all: he sees his neighbor’s dog as a man in a suit, when the outside world sees a scrappy Australian sheepdog. Ryan plays this secret pretty close to the vest, because frankly if anyone knows about his “conversations” with Wilfred, he’ll be bouncing around in a rubber room before too long. But even bigger than the secret that Ryan carries, is the secret of what Wilfred is. And after the season finale, we learn that it’s a much more intricate answer than we’d ever thought.
“Secrets” ties together a lot of loose ends from season two,...

Wilfred: 2×10 – Questions
Stars: Elijah Wood, Jason Gann, Dorian Brown | Written by David Baldy | Directed by Randall Einhorn
**Spoilers Lie Beyond Here**
In the last episode, “Questions,” Ryan Newman admitted at the end of his strange, ayhuasca spirit quest that he was sad. It was a sobering confession, one that he had buried deep down, even when he was a youngster. He keeps his secrets like his affection for Jenna, or the mere fact that he even sees Wilfred as a scruffy man in a dog suit to himself, and by doing so, he pushes other people away, lest they find out just what skeletons he hides in his closet. He ended his union with Amanda despite his true feelings for her, in lieu of her figuring out just how screwed up he is, and in doing so, pushed what could have been the best relationship he had away. It...
