Personal Quotes (2)

I can tell you it's all bullshit. It feels like my name has been randomly chosen to satisfy the public appetite. I can firmly deny that I am the next Doctor Who (2005). I don't know what the motive was - to be honest I can't even be bothered to think about it. Having said that, the rumour doesn't do any harm. I just know the show as something that's out there in the ether. I realise that it's really popular and that it's an important job for an actor.
I don't where it came from and how these things evolve. I haven't been and I am totally certain that I will not be asked to be the next Doctor Who (2005). If I was an actor who was really longing to play Doctor Who, then this would be torturous, but it's a programme I've never watched, so I don't even really know what it is.
