Brad Ganson was a photographer for the television news team in Baltimore, Maryland when he was recruited by John Waters to provide the cameras and filming equipment for Pink Flamingos (1972). Ganson provided all the cameras and lights and set up each shot, but Waters was the actual cameraman on the film.
