- George Millar is known for Dudley Do-Right (1999), The Beachcombers (1972) and The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour (1967).
- George Millar, an immigrant from Northern Ireland was a co-founder of Irish/Canadian folk group, The Irish Rovers. As well as being a songwriter and actor, he was a co-host of The Irish Rovers Show, The Rovers Comedy House, Party with the Rovers, as well as several television Specials. Millar is also the owner of Rover Records, an indie record label that records in both Ireland and Canada.
