A musical, "Leader of the Pack", was written about her life and the music she wrote. "Leader of the Pack" became a Broadway musical and has also been performed as a high school musical production in several high schools as well as a musical production in a number of community theater groups.
Survived by her sister, Laura Greenwich Weiner, brother-in-law Robert Weiner, niece Jessica Weiner, and nephew Richard Weiner.
