Bravo has renewed their scripted series “Imposters” for a second season.
Season 2 will consist of 10 episodes, and will head into production this fall. No premiere date has been set for the sophomore season.
“Imposters” follows a persona-shifting con artist, played by Inbar Lavi, and her three most recent victims. Robbed of both their money and their hearts, the trio teams up to chase the woman who has left them questioning everything they believed to be true. Along the way, they learn the art of the con themselves, becoming embroiled in a thrilling game of cat and mouse that includes the beautiful grifter, her mysterious boss and his deliciously psychotic henchman, as well as the FBI.

The NBCUniversal-owned cable network has renewed the scripted drama starring Inbar Lavi for a second season, producers announced Monday during a For Your Consideration Emmy panel. The drama from creators Paul Adelstein and Adam Brooks will return with 10 new episodes in 2018, with production resuming in the fall.
The series follows a persona-shifting con artist and her three most recent victims, who pursue her in a game of cat and mouse. Rob Heaps, Parker Young, Marianne Rendon, Stephen Bishop and Brian Benben co-star.

For a show about a con artist specializing in heartbreak, “Imposters” is surprisingly funny. Right after gorgeous, accented Ava (Inbar Levi) cleans out her nice Jewish husband, Ezra (Rob Heaps), of all of his savings, Ezra tries to kill himself. But “Imposters” plays the scene as comedy — first demonstrating the futility of trying to stick your head in a modern-day oven, with its built-in safety features, and then asking the viewer to watch with droll impassivity as Ezra watches a YouTube video on how to make a noose with an extension cord.
“Imposters” walks a fine line between primetime soap and buddy comedy, with varying degrees of success.
