Robert Keyghobad began his career in Hollywood working for former Sony Pictures Entertainment CEO Peter Guber. Over the past 20 years, Robert set up several major studio deals including the HBO series "Carnivale," and the detective comedy series "Honey Vicarro" with Jenny McCarthy at 20th Century Fox and Fox Broadcasting Corporation. Robert has also worked on numerous projects and with artists such as screenwriter-producer David S. Goyer (Man of Steel), pilot director David Nutter (Game of Thrones), and producer David Heyman (Harry Potter).
After working on director Robert Zemeckis' "A Christmas Carol," and Disney's "Tron Legacy," Robert took a position with video game developer Electronic Arts (EA) at its worldwide virtual production studio in Vancouver, Canada. In his role Robert oversaw all of EA's worldwide physical and virtual production aspects. From there he consulted on "Thunder Run" starring Sam Worthington, Gerald Butler and Matthew McConaughey, and produced with Starz Entertainment the sci-fi drama series "Incursion," created by Steven DeKnight (Spartacus), and worked with director Alejandro Inarritu on the Prada and Legendary Entertainment virtual reality short "Carne y Arena". During the past year Robert was in-house at Netflix, covering 48 International Original Series projects for them before returning to the freelance market.
Robert is a citizen of the United States who holds Canadian Permanent Residency and is a member of the Directors Guild of America (DGA), the Directors Guild of Canada (DGC) and Producers Guild of America.
