In the original "X-Men" animated series, we're introduced to Marvel's mutant characters by way of Jubilee, a teen girl who has just discovered that she has mutant powers, which puts her in danger of being pursued by the dangerous Sentinels under the Mutant Registration Act. Rescued by the X-Men, Jubilee becomes a young new recruit on the team, and she acts as a proxy for the audience to be introduced to the world of Professor Charles Xavier and his School for the Gifted.
However, when "X-Men: The Animated Series" came to an end with the fifth season, Jubilee had become a full-fledged member of the team. Her wardrobe even changed to reflect that she'd grown up a bit, and the episode "Jubilee's Fairytale Theater" affirmed that the rest of the X-Men viewed her as an equally formidable mutant. Thankfully, "X-Men '97" provides a similar entry point for new viewers...

Most of the Marvel fandom has either been a part of or witnessed the everlasting debate about two of its iconic superhero groups, and Marvel Snap is set to settle the argument once and for all in its new update. In February, the digital card game primarily revolved around the Mad Titan Thanos and his support squad, but as the new season is ready for launch this week, Earth’s Mightiest Heroes will face off against their Mutant frenemies.
Avengers vs X-Men has always been a hot topic among the comics fanbase, and since the Marvel Cinematic Universe seems to be taking a bit too long to adapt the massive 2012 crossover event, developer Second Dinner is taking matters into its own hands.

Long before Rob Zombie got his hands on the property, Robert Ginty sat in the director’s chair for Here Come The Munsters, a TV movie that made its debut back in 1995.
One of many re-interpretations of the beloved characters that came along in the wake of the original 1960s TV series, Here Come The Munsters featured all new actors in the iconic roles, with Edward Herrmann (The Lost Boys) playing Herman Munster, Veronica Hamel (Cannonball) as Lily Munster, and Robert Morse (The Loved One) as Grandpa Munster.
Telling the tale of the family’s trip from Transylvania to the United States, Here Come The Munsters aired on Fox on Halloween night in 1995, and the film has long been unavailable to watch outside of low quality, unofficial rips on YouTube. But to our surprise, the official Munsters YouTube channel just uploaded the entire movie in HD for the very first time!

The coverage of the Olympics is beginning to have a severe impact on my levels of productivity, which is bad news since it's only day four of 17. Honestly though, right now I'm watching Women's Cross Country skiing. I know diddly squat about cross country skiing but somehow it's Very Important to me that I watch and become engrossed in the competitors based on what the announcers are telling me. Its like a sickness. However, from facebook and twitter, I know that I am not alone among the Pajibans in this affliction. Of course, if the Olympics aren't your thing you can always get into the Cannonball Read Day spirit and spend your evening with a book! I might be doing a bit of that myself since I'm less than 100 pages from the end of the 771 page Monster that I've been reading for the past two weeks and I just want it to be over with.
