Ryan Reynolds is one proud papa. The Deadpool star opened up to E! When asked how James is acclimating to life as a big sister, Reynolds told us, "Absolutely, it's her calling. She's great at it." Seeing sisterly bonding at such a young age has made him and wife Blake Lively incredibly happy. Ryan Reynolds on Baby No. 2 With Blake Lively:
Ryan Reynolds loves being a father to two daughters. What he doesn't love, though, is the idea that they will one day enter into the dating world. It's the best thing that could ever happen to you." Ryan and his wife, Blake Lively, recently welcomed their second daughter, who joins big sister James Reynolds, nearly 2. Having two children to take care hasn't changed Ryan's approach to parenting much. "It didn't change the dynamic. There's just more. There's more love. There's more...

James Franco, Anne Hathaway can’t lure key demo as Oscar ratings tumble

By Sean O’Connell All of the criticism leveled at Academy Awards hosts Anne Hathaway and James Franco – and believe me, they were roasted by the media for their awkward turn on Sunday night – wouldn’t matter a lick if the duo was able to deliver on the TV ratings and pull in the coveted 18 to 34 demographic.

But they couldn’t.

While the overall television ratings for this year’s Academy Awards telecast was down nearly 10% from the previous year – to an estimated 37.6 million viewers, down from last year’s figure of 41.7 million viewers – the demographic Hathaway and Franco were hired to lure dropped 5% from the previous year, according to GoldDerby.

Not a significant drop, but a drop. And these two were hired to boost that number. So the experiment failed, and it’s back to the drawing board for Oscar’s producers, who must come up with

Hugh Jackman Gives Us His Opinion On 'The Wolverine'.

Ben Mulroney with eTalk was in attendance at this years Academy Awards on the red carpet and got the chance to talk to Hugh Jackman who gave us his opinion on what Darren Aronofsky has managed to pull off with 'The Wolverine' "I did a film with Darren in the past, and his vision with this movie, he's just gonna knock it out of the park with this one." Not really anything too huge here but it's something I suppose. Either way I'm extremely excited for this movie, Jackman's dedication to the character of Wolverine is outstanding, and the way he is bulking up for the movie, and they have Darren Aronofsky directing, I think this might turn out to be the X-Men movie we've all been waiting for. 'The Wolverine' is set to hit theaters sometime in 2012

Tiff Review: The Trotsky

  • FilmJunk
The Trotsky Written and directed by Jacob Tierney Starring: Jay Baruchel, Colm Feore, Saul Rubinek, Genevieve Bujold, and Emily Hampshire There's nothing like a good movie about Marxism and fascism.  Montreal born director Jacob Tierney has made quite an amusing film here.  Jay Baruchel (Knocked Up, Tropic Thunder) stars as teenager Leon Bronstein and he truly believes that he is the reincarnation of Bolshevik and Marxist theorist Leon Trotsky.  Why do you ask?  Well, for one Leon Bronstein was the given name to Leon Trotsky and this kid has a big thing for workers rights and unions.  He thinks his life should parallel Trotsky's life so much that he plans on being exiled, at least twice, and ultimately assassinated.  At the moment though, he's quite focused on finding his Lenin and an older woman to marry, preferably named Alexandra. We get a good glimpse of what this kid is all about when,
