Mindy Kaling Has Only Allowed 2 Significant Relationships Into Her Life

21 July 2017 12:10 PM, PDT | Popsugar.com | See recent Popsugar news »

Fans of Mindy Kaling (so basically everyone) joyously freaked out earlier this month when it was revealed that the actress is pregnant with her first child. Shortly after the news broke, sources close to the star, whose character on The Mindy Project also recently became a mom, confirmed that she has chosen not to reveal who the father of her baby is (we love that she's Rachel Green-ing this). Mindy recently spoke about straying from tradition when it comes to starting a family, telling Yahoo Style, "I think I've decided that unlike everything else in my life, I'm going to be fast and loose about kids. I'm not cavalier about who I would have a kid with." RelatedMindy Kaling Couldn't Be More Quotable Despite her current single status, Mindy's exciting news has us reminiscing about her former flames. It turns out she's only had two significant relationships during her time in Hollywood. »

In a recent interview with Yahoo Style, Kaling talked about the possibility of being a mom one day and who would be the father. "I think I've decided that unlike everything else in my life, I'm going to be fast and loose about kids," she said. "I'm not cavalier about who I would have a kid with. But the thing I ask every parent that I really admire, the one comment they all have, is that they wish they had kids earlier."

‘The Founder’ Blu-ray Review

17 June 2017 8:01 AM, PDT | Blogomatic3000 | See recent Blogomatic3000 news »

Stars: Michael Keaton, Nick Offerman, John Carroll Lynch, Laura Dern, Linda Cardellini, B.J. Novak, Justin Randell Brooke, Kate Kneeland, Patrick Wilson | Written by Robert D. Siegel | Directed by John Lee Hancock

When you have a film looking at the origins of McDonald’s, you would think that the company would like it to be inspirational and positive. The tale of Ray Kroc (Michael Keaton), The Founder is one of selfishness and pure ruthlessness that makes you side with his victims.

The story of Ray Kroc is the tale of a salesman who recognised something special in the fast food restaurant run by the McDonald Brothers. Recognising the potential of franchising what have created he wouldn’t let anything stand in his way, including the brothers themselves.

Michael Keaton is one of those actors who can take a role and infuse charisma into it, even if the character is an unlikable. »

Ellen's Audience Shades Hugh Grant So Hard During Mindy Kaling's Game of "Who'd You Rather?"

15 March 2017 7:13 AM, PDT | Popsugar.com | See recent Popsugar news »

Mindy Kaling stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Wednesday to talk about her new movie Ocean's Eight. In addition to touching on the female-led cast, she also ended up going through some of Hollywood's most eligible bachelors to try and pick her perfect man. Mindy, who has dated her The Office costar Bj Novak on and off in the past, is currently single, so she had no problem picking and choosing which sexy star she would want to go on a date with. While she sided with people like Michael B. Jordan and Bradley Cooper without hesitation, Mindy (and the entire audience) were awkwardly silent when Hugh Grant's photo popped up on the screen. Watch the video above to see the moment and to find out who she chose in the end! »

Casey Affleck is speaking out about sexual harassment claims against him that have shadowed his Best Actor Oscar win on Sunday.

The allegations against Affleck stem from 2010 lawsuits filed by two women who worked with him on his controversial film starring Joaquin Phoenix, I'm Still Here. He has denied the claims, and the suits were settled out of court.

The 41-year-old actor talked about the lawsuits in a new interview with The Boston Globe. Affleck said that both sides are not allowed to comment on it, and that those commenting on the claims online don't know what happened.

The ending of this year's Oscar telecast may go down as one of the most talked-about in history, as the wrong film, La La Land was announced as Best Picture. Bonnie & Clyde stars Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway reunited to present the final award, on the 40th anniversary of that classic film, but when Warren Beatty opened the envelope, he was surprised to discover that the envelope was actually for Best Actress, which Emma Stone had just won for La La Land moments earlier. The accounting firm of Price Waterhouse and Cooper issued a statement apologizing for this unfortunate error, while we have also compiled a number of tweets from celebrities as they watched this on-stage drama unfold. Take a look at the accounting firm's full statement below.

The world practically stood still when Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway incorrectly named La La Land as the big winner for best picture at the Oscars on Sunday night, but that wasn't the show's only only big shock. ‘The Founder’ Review

Stars: Michael Keaton, Nick Offerman, John Carroll Lynch, Laura Dern, Linda Cardellini, B.J. Novak, Justin Randell Brooke, Kate Kneeland, Patrick Wilson | Written by Robert D. Siegel | Directed by John Lee Hancock

Is there a more American director working in film than John Lee Hancock? He’s covered the Alamo; yanked Republican heartstrings in The Blind Side; and in Saving Mr. Banks he went to Disney World. Now he turns his attention to another great American institution: McDonald’s.

Michael Keaton, employing every tic and smirk at his disposal, plays Ray Kroc, a struggling salesman scouring the Midwest, desperate to offload his milkshake multi-mixers. Disillusioned by bad service and lengthy wait times, he happens upon a highly successful burger joint run by brothers Dick and Mac McDonald (Nick Offerman and John Carroll Lynch). Through years of planning and experience they have perfected a system of fast food before it’s even a thing. »

The Founder review: Dir. John Lee Hancock (2017)

The Founder review: Michael Keaton is outstanding in this true story of the origins of the fast food joint with the big golden arches.

The Founder review by Paul Heath, February 2017.

The Founder review

Michael Keaton probably deserves more in terms of awards recognition for his work on this new film documenting the early days of fast food giant McDonald’s.

In The Founder, Keaton plays the character of the title Ray Kroc, an Illinois product salesman from middle America who we find attempting to sell milk shake makers to whoever shows the tiniest prospect of purchasing one. One of those business who sure could use one is the Mac and Dick McDonald, owners of a small, independent food restaurant in Southern California in the 1950s. When the two owners show interest in buying at least a few of the new machines, Kroc decides to visit their restaurant in person »

Michael Keaton’s Favorite The Founder Scenes Were His Character’s Most Vicious

20 January 2017 11:15 AM, PST | PEOPLE.com | See recent PEOPLE.com news »

Michael Keaton‘s character in The Founder isn’t a bad guy, but it’s the “unscrupulous” things he says and does that interest Keaton the most.

“I loved his work ethic, I loved his vision, I loved his enthusiasm and his drive and his focus,” the actor said during a SiriusXM Town Hall discussion with People and Entertainment Weekly editorial director Jess Cagle. But later on when the character becomes increasingly more sour, Keaton said that’s when the role becomes “really, really interesting as a human being and kind of mind-blowing.”
