Oscar nominated director, Ivan Goldschmidt graduated in at Insas (Brussels).
He has, throughout his career, he has essentially put his talent at the service of actors. After having been one of the first acclaimed coaches of the Belgian Improvisation League, working with a magnificent generation of actors, Ivan has always remained, through his achievements a great discoverer of talents. He directed hundreds of advertising films based on comedy, which won numerous awards in Belgium and around the world, in 1998, he directed the short film "Ketchup". This original film won numerous awards. In 2001, his theater play "Love Comédie" won the "Kiosk" prize for best direction. He wrote and directed for Canal + France the very noticed "François le Célibataire et ses mis Formidables". On the occasion of "Na Wewe", a short live action film shot in Burundi, Ivan addresses the dramatic theme of the genocidal war and the question of identity. "Na Wewe" has won 28 international awards including a 2011 Oscar nomination. For a few years, Ivan has been dedicated to writing scenarios for feature films. Several are in the pipelines. "Tomorrow, if all Goes Well" has just been produced.
