6 December 2016 11:32 AM, PST | PEOPLE.com | See recent PEOPLE.com news »

“Call me Chancellor the Rapper, please say ‘the rapper,” Chancellor Johnathan Bennett rapped in 2013.

Three years later, Chance the Rapper is up for multiple Grammy nominations, both for his gospel-influenced third album, Coloring Book, and his collaborations with Kanye West on the latter’s “Ultralight Beam.”

There’s a lot to unpack in Chance’s lyrics, but that’s a great place to start. He might be referencing Lil’ Wayne‘s line, “Weezy F. Baby, please say the baby,” (from “6 Minutes of Death”) or Katt Williams’ Boondocks character, A Pimp Named Slickback, who insisted people refer to him by his full name, »

Ed Helms and Owen Wilson are men in search of answers in the new trailer for the upcoming comedy film, Bastards. The project is the directorial debut of The Hangover cinematographer Lawrence Sher, and is the first feature-length script from Justin Malen (Trophy Wife) to reach the big screen. With high stakes and hijinks, the movie sets itself as some comedic relief for the new year, with its post-Christmas release window.

The winning elements of this trailer include the way in which the collection of older men approached by Peter and Kyle Reynolds recall their mother (Glenn Close). These wistful memories, dripping with lust, serve to teach these young siblings a valuable lesson – that the image they hold of their mother is not the only version of her that ever existed.

Ed Helms and Owen Wilson think former NFL quarterback Terry Bradshaw may be their father in the first trailer for Alcon Entertainment’s comedy “Bastards.”

Helms and Wilson play brothers whose mother Helen Baxter (portrayed Glenn Close) admits at her wedding that she stretched the truth about their father dying when they were young. “I’m not sure who your father was,” she adds.

The duo take off on a road trip to find their real father with evidence pointing to Bradshaw (playing himself) and J.K. Simmons. Ving Rhames, June Squibb and Katt Williams also star.

“Talk about a blast from the past,” Bradshaw responds. “She damn near cost us the Super Bowl.”

Rhames says of the name Helen Baxter, “It does more than ring a bell.”

The film is rated R for language and sexual references throughout.

Lawrence Sher, who shot the “Hangover” films, directs from a screenplay by Justin Malen. »
