Dominic Scott Kay was born in Los Angeles, California to musician and actor Scott Kay. Dominic was interested in the arts from a very young age. In 2003 he established the band "Wisdom" and is its lead singer. At the age of 9, he wrote and directed a story based on true events of an abandoned white boxer he and his family rescued in 2003. Kay won the court case over Saving Angelo and hopes to finish it soon and have it distributed to various film festivals. He also wrote and directed another short film, Grandpa's Cabin. He is very fond of animals and rescues them with his parents. Kay currently serves as a StarPower Ambassador for Starlight Children's Foundation. In 2006 he landed the role of Wilbur in "Charlottes Web" and since then has had many roles. Dominic currently resides in Los Angeles.
At the young age of nine, Dominic directed his first short film called Saving Angelo (2007), a story based on the true events of a White Boxer that he and his family rescued in 2003. His friends, Kevin Bacon, Eric Close and Julie Gonzalo co-starred in his film. This is the first film, of many, he plans to write and direct.
He is the lead singer for his own band, which includes his Dad, Scott Kay, drummer for The Commodores, and Thomas Dawson, keyboard player for The Commmdores. He writes his own music and plays guitar and keyboards, as well.
