Her first published literary effort, a dialog called "Off and On," was
debut at the Palace Theater in London in 1916, performed by herself and
Nelson Keys.
Her husband, Antoine Bibesco, was British envoy to Rumania. They had
one child together, a daughter. They lived mostly in Paris during their
marriage.
Her parents were British Prime Minister Herbert Henry Asquith and
second wife Margot Asquith.
