Moved to New York City to make her Broadway debut in Sam Mendes' revival of "Gypsy" starring Bernadette Peters in 2003. Was asked to audition for the production and flown to NYC when she was spotted by the casting director in a production of "Sunday in the Park with George" at Chicago's Shakespeare Theater.
