Back in 2011 the film Chalo Dilli that featured Vinay Pathak and Lara Dutta was all set for a sequel titled Chalo China. Much like the first film, Chalo China would yet again be based on the journey of the lead actors towards their end goal. Though the film that is set in India was initially expected to take off in April this year has been postponed. Apparently, the film which is expected to be shot across multiple locations across Asia, including Thailand, Malaysia and China, had to be postponed due to the restrictions after the Malaysian aircraft mishap that took place. Due to this delay, the film will not go on floor in January 2015. However, the makers of the film will first be doing a recce of the locations again before commencing the shoot. As the Preity Zinta-Ness Wadia controversy picked up pace, a section of news reports suggested that Lara Dutta, an ex-girlfriend of the Bombay Dyeing scion, shares a strained relationship with him. Coming up on Saturday May 24th at the cool Alchemy Festival in London will be a special Hindi music lecture. Indian cinema expert for BBC London and Cineworld cinemas, Ashanti Omkar, will give a talk on one of her specialist subjects, the music of BAFTA award winning composer Ar Rahman. Titled The Muse & Muso, it is a trip down memory lane on the journey of singer Sukhwinder Singh and Ar Rahman.
Star performer from the world of Bollywood, Sukhwinder Singh has collaborated with the double Academy award winner, from the days of the hit Bollywood film Taal, to his Grammy winning song ‘Jai Ho’ from Slumdog Millionaire (which also won best soundtrack, at the awards).

Salman Khan is one actor who has attached his name not just to the roles he has played but to films that he has produced. Son of a celebrated scriptwriter, Salim Khan, Salman had earlier written the script of Veer. And now we hear that Salman will soon be turning lyricist with the film No Entry Mein Entry. Apparently Salman has penned the lyrics for the first song of Anees Bazmee's sequel to No Entry and the same has already been recorded. Boney Kapoor, the man behind many hit films, has ultimately spoken about the 'status' of No Entry Mein Entry, the much awaited sequel of his hit film No Entry. Talking about the same, he not only rubbished the rumors about Salman Khan walking out of his film, but also added that since Salman is busy with Kick till mid-July, he will be starting No Entry Mein Entry in January 2015. He also added that Salman has allotted 134 days to the film.
