Personal Quotes (3)

"It's been a big learning curve being part of two-and-a-half hours' television production a week and I enjoy it because it's very challenging. The cast and crew have been so supportive and friendly." On set of Home and Away (1988).
It's been made so much easier working with Kate Ritchie, who knows this show backwards and who is a remarkably generous and approachable person.
Obviously it was difficult to come to terms with the character's history, because there were scenes that Martin had done and I hadn't, so in a sense it was like being thrown in at the deep end. Having said that, I did see the opportunity for some very interesting changes I could bring to the character once the relationships within Summer Bay were clearly established.
