We have a feeling that Julianne Hough just made it to the top of more than a few ladies' burn books. And for good reason. The 23-year-old "Rock of Ages" star's flawless bikini body is the definition of envy, earning top billing on the Women's Health 2012 "Best Summer Bodies" list.
But though Hough comes out on top, the other ladies joining the blond beauty on the list are just as smoldering. Marisa Miller nabs the runner-up spot while Lea Michele, Brooke Burke and Katharine McPhee round out the top five.
The list, which represents the "fittest and hottest beach-ready bodies" of the celebrity set, certainly showcases just that, but there are a few bikini aficionados who were noticeably left off the list -- Kim Kardashian, Rihanna and LeAnn Rimes.
Check out the Women's Health "Best Summer Bodies" hotties below:

TMZ reveals that the Us Federal Trade Commission has determined Skechers made unfounded claims about its Shape-Ups shoes ... pushed by hot-bodied spokespeople like Kim K and Brooke Burke. ABC Announces Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars Season 15
ABC confirmed widespread rumors today of a Dancing with the Stars All Stars Season 15. What does this mean exactly? It means celebrity contestants from the past 14 seasons would return for a brand new competition! Blabbermouth Extra co-host Mario Lopez, himself a former contestant, let the cat of out of the bag prematurely on Live with Kelly last week and since then tongues have been wagging and salivating at the potential all-star line up.
Mario danced (and romanced) with Karina Smirnoff, coming in second place in Season 3. Could he be one of the all-stars? Considering he knew about ABC’s plans before any of the rest of us, it's a huge possibility. Whether he would be paired again with Karina raises the obvious question, would any of the all-stars be paired with their former partners? If so, what of the new pros »

"DWTS" was down to the wire during the semi-finals competition. Maria Menounos and her partner Derek Hough managed to grab triple tens for their amazing first dance. They ended at the top of the leader board for 59 total points.
Menounos says it was a really rough week, with Hough suffering an injury and lots of stress. She tells Zap2it on the press line, "Last night after 12 hours of rehearsing, and we didn't eat for nine hours straight we realized, we were starving, exhausted, then of course what happens ... I start to well up and was like 'after all this good work we have done, tomorrow we are going out there and I'm going to embarrass my family, I am so dumb. I worked so hard and everything has hurt for weeks and this is how it's going to end?'
It was one of who saved her. She says, »

Oh, it is On. William Levy, Maria Menounos, Donald Driver, and Katherine Jenkins are gunning for that coveted mirrorball trophy tonight — and I’m in the ballroom to see it! My dress is white with orange and green flowers. It’s very “May.” You may think it’s very “tacky.” I have no idea where I’ll be sitting, but I’m sure you’ll spot me as a hidden gem. We’re getting down to the liiiiiiiiiiiiiive wire of Dancing With the Stars — just two weeks left before William Levy, Maria Menounos, Donald Driver, or Katherine Jenkins wins the coveted mirrorball trophy! I sat down with host/zen master Tom Bergeron after Tuesday’s double elimination results show to go over season 14.
How has the Dance Duel made Tom’s job more difficult — and should we cut cohost Brooke Burke some slack for always asking contestants “How do you feel?” Where does ABC get off airing two shows with “bitch” in the title, then bleeping out Tom when he decides »

The "Dancing With the Stars" all-stars season is looking likely, according to TV Guide Magazine.
A new report in TV Guide claims a season of veteran stars is on the horizon, naming Mario Lopez, Gilles Marini, Mel B., Sabrina Bryan and Kyle Massey as likely contestants.
Season 3 runner-up Lopez let the cat out of the bag when he co-hosted "Live! With Kelly" in April.
"You know what, Kelly? They're doing 'Dancing With The Stars: All-Stars' next season," Lopez said. "They called me to do it."
Lopez tried to backtrack on the scoop and ABC isn't commenting.
Current "Dancing With the Stars" co-host (and past "DWTS" winner) Brooke Burke Charvet recently told Rachael Ray that she'd love to be part of an all-stars season. "100 percent yes," Burke said. "I haven't danced ballroom since I left the show, I would love to. And being on the show, it just makes me wants to dance again. »

Dancing with the Stars Week 8 Results: Two Comeback Kids Eliminated
Dancing with the Stars’ double elimination sent home comeback kids Roshon Fegan and Melissa Gilbert in week 8 of the competition. On Monday’s performance show, these two contestants gave their best dances and received their best scores of the season. It wasn’t enough to help them dance into the semifinals next week because they were the official bottom two.
Disney star Roshon Fegan was eliminated first, and it’s sad because he’s such a phenomenal dancer. What he lacked was a solid fan base to save him. At least he “went out on a high note” as partner Cheslie Hightower stated, having received their highest scores ever in the competition, a 29 for the ballroom dance and a 27 for the trio paso doble.
Actress Melissa Gilbert was eliminated next, and she too had received her highest scores of the season, »

There were some serious shakeups on the Dancing with the Stars leader board after the remaining six couples in the competition each completed two dances on Monday night. One week after scoring a perfect 30, Maria Menounos and Derek Hough made a surprising appearance in second-to-last place. Meanwhile, Roshon Fegan and Chelsie Hightower - who danced for their lives last week - climbed to second. But with only six points separating William Levy and Cheryl Burke in first place and Melissa Gilbert and Maksim Chmerkovskiy in last, it's really anyone's game. At the end of Tuesday night's double elimination episode, which »

It takes two to tango, but it takes three to samba.
In its quest to find new gimmicks, tonight “Dancing with the Stars” introduces the Trio Dance, during which a celebrity will perform a Latin routine with his or her pro as well as either another pro or a member of the Troupe. Though logistically a trio dance could mean tangled limbs galore, the concept also could give fans a chance to see some popular “what-if” scenarios realized. Tristan MacManus »

Dancing with the Stars host Brooke Burke Charvet has a famous friend to thank for inspiring her to be proactive about her health. "As soon as I found out my friend Giuliana Rancic was diagnosed with breast cancer, I booked my mammogram," Burke Charvet, 40, tells Prevention in their June issue. Adds Burke Charvet: "I called her from the doctor's office and said, 'Thank you for provoking me to have this done.' "What's more, says the host, she learned that the often-feared procedure was actually not as bad as many might think. "When I was finished, I said to the nurse, »

Dancing with the Stars Week 7: Classical Night Brings First Perfect Score, Judges Slam Melissa Gilbert
It was Classical Night on Dancing with the Stars, and it rang in the first perfect score of 30 of the season. The leaderboard now has Maria Menounos and partner Derek Hough sitting high atop it as the judges awarded them three 10s for their vampire themed paso doble. Derek’s tension building choreography characterized a fabulous paso which was perfectly executed by Maria. In her rehearsal package Maria cried (for nothing) about not being a dancer like so many of Derek’s past partners, (which like it or not, acknowledges that Derek has indeed been given a good lot of ringers!)
Not so happy were Melissa Gilbert and partner Maks Chmerkovskiy, who took triple punches from the judges for their Argentine Tango. See video below. It was a rough week for the pair who »
