Corey Stoll Spotted On Ant-man Set As More Potential 'Yellowjacket' Concept Art Surfaces

13 November 2014 11:25 AM, PST | ComicBookMovie.com | See recent ComicBookMovie news »

The jury is still out on whether or not this is a legit concept design for the Yellowjacket villain, aka Darren Cross, as he'll appear in Marvel's Ant-Man movie and played by actor Corey Stoll. However, a variation of that concept art has surfaced online via Facebook. Meanwhile, Corey Stoll was finally spotted on the movie's set a few weeks ago (via @AtlantaFilming) in Atlanta, Georgia, where he was filming a dinner (date?) scene opposite actress Evangeline Lilly, who plays Hope Van Dyne. Anyhow, filming for Ant-Man is still underway, and additional photos from this week's shoot reveal the production has transformed part of Atlanta into San Francisco. Check out the goods below!  Armed with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, con-man Scott Lang must embrace his inner-hero and help his mentor, Dr. Hank Pym, protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from a »

Peyton Reed is still working hard on getting Ant-Man filmed for its 2015 release, but one actor who is done and dusted is Michael Douglas who plays Hank Pym in the movie.

2015 Sundance Film Festival Predictions: Tim Blake Nelson’s Anesthesia

11 November 2014 9:15 AM, PST | ioncinema | See recent ioncinema news »

While Tiff has become film premiere terrain for his last director outings (the horribly timed post 9/11 released The Grey Zone and 2009′s Leaves of Grass), Tim Blake Nelson could be deemed as a return customer in Sundance folklore. His stacked resume at Sundance includes his first three premiered and/or workshopped outings (includes his short Kansas), and he is rooted at the Institute, being a Creative Advisor in the Directors Lab on four separate occasions. Employing the mapped out ensemble narrative strategy for his fifth feature film, the multi-tasker called upon a team of fellow thesps in Gretchen Mol, Corey Stoll, Michael Kenneth Williams, Jessica Hecht, Hannah Marks, Glenn Close, Scott Cohen, Sam Waterston and team captain Kristen Stewart (see pap pic above) for Anesthesia. Ant-Man Is Apparently Going To Include These Weird Roles

10 November 2014 5:38 PM, PST | cinemablend.com | See recent Cinema Blend news »

Marvel Studios' Ant-Man is already deep into production, but that doesn't mean its done adding to its cast. Sure, the starring roles in the movie will be played by the likes of Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas, Evangeline Lily and Corey Stoll - but they need people to fill out the ranks as latin gang members and Irish softball players! While that may sound like a very weird joke, those are actually two of the descriptions for background actors that the Marvel Studios production worked to find for a shoot in Fayetteville, Georgia this afternoo . Vixen Varsity has the full rundown on all of the parts that Ant-Man was looking for in the scene, and it's a colorful group to say the least (and none that you would immediately associate with the shrinking superhero). With all of the talk about Marvel’s newly-announced Phase Three slate, and all of the buzz surrounding their upcoming and hotly-anticipated Avengers sequel, Age of Ultron, it’s easy to forget that Ant-Man is coming down the studio’s impressive pipeline as well. We still don’t know much about the film, and have only seen very little of it (pardon the pun), but that may be about to change.

A few days ago, we got a very brief glimpse at Ant-Man through some behind-the-scenes footage, and now, a leaked image has revealed what the movie’s villain, Yellowjacket, may look like.

For those who don’t know, Yellowjacket is the alter ego of Darren Cross – played by House of Cards alum Corey Stoll – a former protege of the original Ant-Man, Hank Pym (Michael Douglas). The two had a falling out, which led to Cross taking control of Pym’s company – which, »

First Look at Yellowjacket in Marvel's 'Ant-Man'?

7 November 2014 12:49 PM, PST | MovieWeb | See recent MovieWeb news »

Marvel has had a real problem lately with stuff leaking from the studio, and while they furiously hunt for the source responsible in delivering us all the Avengers: Age of Ultron trailer a week early, the currently shooting Ant-Man has become their latest target, with a photo reportedly showing us all what the main villain looks like.

The grainy photo comes courtesy of MoviesBook. The source claims that this image is of star Corey Stoll in his villainous Yellowjacket costume. That, of course, has not been confirmed or denied by Marvel or Disney.

Lending to the photo's authenticity is its resemblance to the actual Ant-Man costume seen in concept art and recent behind-the-scenes footage. The look is obviously updated from the iconic Marvel comics, but still holds down the familiar yellow and black motif, and even has Yellowjacket-like appendages sprouting from its back.

At this time, it is unclear how »

Ant-man — Potential Photo of Yellowjacket

We know Corey Stoll will be/become Yellowjacket in the upcoming Marvel movie Ant-Man. What we have yet to see in any materials officially released so far is what Yellowjacket will look like. Twitter user MoviesBookIT seems to have snapped a photo off a monitor of what I imagine Yellowjacket would look like. I've embedded the tweet below, so if the photo is gone due to copyright that must mean it's real. Then again, we've posted few leaked things recently that haven't been taken down. Real or not, this photo looks cool.
