Watch Drake Perform 'Views' Tracks, Beef With 'SNL' Cast

15 May 2016 6:45 AM, PDT | Rollingstone.com | See recent Rolling Stone news »

Drake served as both host and musical guest on the latest episode of Saturday Night Live, where the rapper performed a pair of Views tracks, delivered a monologue about his meme-making abilities and playfully ignited a beef with the entire SNL cast.

For his first musical guest spot of the night, Drake busted out the Views single "One Dance," with the freshly shaven rapper grooving inside a light-up box similar to the one featured in his "Hotline Bling" video. That 2015 video spawned a million gifs, and Drake's memeable dance »

Drake Game For ‘Black Jeopardy’ on ‘Saturday Night Live’; Also, ‘Drake’s Beef’ With Cast

15 May 2016 6:01 AM, PDT | Deadline TV | See recent Deadline TV news »

Drake was game for a round of Black Jeopardy and just about anything else Saturday Night Live threw at him last night. For most of it, the rapper/singer/songwriter had better game than the NBC show itself, his ease with acting — let’s not forget this Canadian is a former Degrassi kid —  saw him through more than a few laughless bits. Give him credit then for winning Black Jeopardy, which played off the rapper’s Great White North roots and polite nerd demeanor. Sample… »

Feud Alert! Drake Beefs with Leslie Jones, Pete Davidson and Even Lorne Michaels on SNL

15 May 2016 5:15 AM, PDT | PEOPLE.com | See recent PEOPLE.com news »

Drake is no stranger to rap feuds, so it makes sense that his stint as a guest host on this weekend's Saturday Night Live would feature many, many feuds - no matter how trivial. The 29-year-old rapper acted as host and musical guest for this weekend's episode (his second time doing both), but one of the greatest moments from the night had to be his imagining of various "beefs" he had behind the scenes at the sketch show. First, Drake hits back at cast member (and former "best friend") Pete Davidson for making fun of him, then he slams Leslie Jones »

‘SNL’ Recap: Drake Scores Little Bling in Hosting Return

14 May 2016 11:06 PM, PDT | The Wrap | See recent The Wrap news »

“We’ve got a great show! Drake is here as musical guest.” This is how Drake closed his monologue this week for his second time hosting “Saturday Night Live.” But unfortunately, it seemed that only the second part of his kicker was true. This was not an “SNL” for the record books. Drake‘s turn as host this time felt stiff. His musical performance was way better, but we’ll get to that later. Drake’s got a reputation for himself now as one of Saturday Night Live‘s most reliable hosts.

The Degrassi star-turned-rapper gave it his all upon his return to Studio 8H in his second double-duty stint as host and musical guest (in support of his new album Views). The three-year-old sitcom — based on Ellen Rakieten and Anne Coyle’s book Undateable: 311 Things Guys Do That Guarantee They Won’t Be Dating or Having Sex — starred former Whitney leading man Chris D’Elia as perennial singleton Danny Burton. After scoring with a live Season 2 finale, the show went all live, all the time for Season 3 (notably taking a week off in November 2015 in the wake of the Paris attacks). However, ratings »

10 Ideas for Drake to Use During His Saturday Night Live Hosting Gig

13 May 2016 11:09 AM, PDT | E! Online | See recent E! Online news »

1-800-hotline Bling? Yes, we're calling for Drake. He's hosting Saturday Night Live this weekend and we have some ideas. Okay, so it turns out that the Hotline Bling isn't exactly for tips, it's meant to be used for slightly more provocative conversations. But either way, it's time to talk about the man, the myth, the legend, the Drake. He'll be taking the top spot on SNL for the second time (and for the second time, he'll be acting as the host and musical guest), so naturally he needs to upstage himself. Pressure? Nah. This is the star of Degrassi we're talking about! But that said, we thought we'd do Drizzy a solid and give him a few ideas for characters and »

Ahead of Drake's double-duty turn as both host and musical guest of this weekend's Saturday Night Live, the Views rapper visited The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to discuss his new album and play a round of 'Faceketball.'

The rapper also addressed the viral mini-Drake meme inspired by the Views album cover, which depicts a (photoshopped) Drake sitting atop Toronto's Cn Tower. A Views meme generator allowed fans to plant a "baby Drake" on any photograph. The Tonight Show printed out a bunch of the mini-Drakes so »

Drake will host and serve as the musical guest on this week's Saturday Night Live, capping off a week where his "One Dance" hit Number One and on the heels of his platinum-selling Views. In a funny promo for his upcoming appearance, SNL cast member Leslie Jones can't seem to keep her hands off the rapper.

Saturday Night Live Review: Brie Larson Hosts

8 May 2016 3:10 AM, PDT | Hitfix | See recent Hitfix news »

Tonight’s host is Brie Larson: indie film actress, recent Oscar winner, and former singer of pop punk album Finally Out of P.E, whose single She Said featured pretty heavily on the rotation of my first ever square iPod nano. Larson brought a solid enthusiasm to an episode that featured a heavier amount of good sketches than bad, proving that maybe long hiatuses are good for this show, since their cast and crew, if legend is to be believed, subsist on very little sleep and very much junk food. Glad those guys got some rest, and brought some laughs to this enjoyable Mother’s Day episode.   Cold Open: Church Chat: Dana Carvey’s Church Chat Lady returns to interview Ted Cruz and Donald Trump with her signature judgy passive aggression. Two months after collecting her Best Actress statuette, the Room actress hosted one of the better episodes of Saturday Night Live‘s Season 41.

Let’s imagine that the creative minds behind The Blacklist have designed these final Season 3 episodes like a treasure map.

Ever since Liz was suddenly killed off in the April 14 installment, the friends and co-workers that she left behind have slowly, methodically attempted to find the proverbial loot — in this case, the people responsible for her untimely death. Sure, there have been a few detours — Red’s trippy pit stop in Cape May still makes my head hurt — but for all intents and purposes, he and the FBI task force have made it their mission to track down the group »
