Graduated in History of Art from the Faculty of Arts and Letters of the University of Havana. She also holds degrees from the English Language Institute of the University of Delaware in 2017 and from the University of Colorado, Denver, a Nonprofit Management Certificate in 2018. More recently in 2022 she participated in the Young Leaders of Latin America fellowship at the University of Texas, Austin and Washington DC. She is co-founder of NEWMENstudio, a Cuban creation and production studio specialized in immersive content. As a producer, she has made the following films: BEMBÉ (2019), a short documentary in Virtual Reality (VR) Official selection at the Sundance Film Festival 2020 and prize of the Madrid Audiovisual Anthropology Festival in 2021. El Viaje de Susana (2021), video-dance inversion with choreography by Susana Pous based on the work Infinito by MiCompañía. Cuba, the enchanted island (2018) first Cuban VR series, official selection at the International Festival of Malaga, Spain and Virtuality, an event specialized in immersive technologies in Argentina with the support of the Cannes festival. She is the producer of the video clip VR Tonada del Albedrío by Silvio Rodriguez (2016) and its concert at the Teatro Martí, Havana, (2018). In addition, she has produced audiovisual campaigns for the Antonio Nuñez Jimenez Foundation and for the Tercer Paraíso Cuba project. She produced the augmented reality app MuseAR (2019) for the National Museum of Fine Arts of Cuba, as well as various personal and collective exhibitions. In 2018 she collaborated with the Museum of the Americas in Denver as a coordinator in the education department and recently did an exchange with the company Part Time Evil based in Austin, Texas, and also specialized in the production of immersive content.
