Bad news kept haunting Hollywood celebs during the last trimester of 2009. In the course of October through December, there were deaths and break-ups. Nevertheless, that didn't keep some other public figures from celebrating their lives for good things that approached them, like engagement, marriage, and the birth of their babies.

AceShowbiz, in a bid to mark the end of 2009 and to celebrate the new year, presents its readers with a list of the most memorable moments happening in Hollywood throughout the past 12 months. The list is compiled into Kaleidoscope that will cover happenings occurring in music, movie, TV, as well as the life of celebrities. The Kaleidoscope will be presented quarterly with the first one highlighting significant news happening in between January and March. In each of the months, there will be one highlighted event.
The first trimester of 2009 witnessed bad and good things taking place in the life of famous celebs. There were deaths, accident, run-in with the laws, and break-ups. However, there were also good news, like birth, engagement, and wedding. Not only those good and bad add spice to the famous people's life, but also they teach them one or two life lessons.

It has been over two weeks since the public voting of new Victoria's Secret model was opened. Two girls have come out as the finalists and they are both blond and coming from California. Either Kylie Bisutti from Simi Valley or Jamie Lee Darley from Brentwood will walk down the sexy runway on December 1 to join the other angels.
"Ironically Kylie and I, we were the closest girls in the house," Jamie comments on them advancing to the next round. Now that they are competing against each other, Jamie admits that they "haven't stayed as close." Kylie herself is more than excited to be a contender. Karolina Kurkova is now a mother. Her representative has announced that the supermodel has given birth to her and fiance Archie Drury's child on Thursday, October 29. "Supermodel and 'G.I. Joe' actress Karolina Kurkova, 25, and film producer of 'Voices of Iraq', Archie Drury, welcomed a son Thursday in New York," the representative said in a statement to Access Hollywood on Monday, November 2.
