Skip Young was born on March 14, 1930 in San Francisco, California, USA as Ronald Bix Plumstead. He was an actor, known for The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet (1952), The Spider (1958) and A Cold Wind in August (1961). He was married to Carol A Whittaker and Beverly Ruth Trout. He died on March 17, 1993 in Victorville, California.

Trivia (2)

When producers needed a last name for his Wally character on "Ozzie & Harriet", he suggested Plumstead. Plumstead was his real name.
Young was found dead in his home by family members. The San Bernardino County Coroner said that Young had been a diabetic for many years and this contributed to his fatal heart attack.
