Skip Young was born on March 14, 1930 in San Francisco, California, USA as Ronald Bix Plumstead. He was an actor, known for The Adventures of Ozzie & Harriet (1952), Earth vs the Spider (1958) and A Cold Wind in August (1961). He was married to Carol A Whittaker and Beverly Ruth Trout. He died on March 17, 1993 in Victorville, California.

Trivia (2)

When producers needed a last name for his Wally character on "Ozzie & Harriet", he suggested Plumstead. Plumstead was his real name.
Young was found dead in his home by family members. The San Bernardino County Coroner said that Young had been a diabetic for many years and this contributed to his fatal heart attack.
