Two-time Supporting Actor winner Billy Miller ("The Young and the Restless") will win his first award in the lead race at the Daytime Emmys according to our predictors, who currently give him 4/11 odds. But in a category that usually favors elder statesmen, the 34-year-old Miller would be one of the all-time youngest winners. Darnell Williams was 30 when he won Best Actor for "All My Children" in 1985. He's followed by Robert S. Woods ("One Life to Live"), who was 35 when he won his first and only award in 1983.
